직원, 환경, 위생, 위치~~ 너무 너무 적극 추천입니다. 노상 주차라 위험할수있어 오분거리의 공용주차장에 주차를했는데~ 거리 또한 걸어서 4분거리라 만족 합니다.

I was satisfied with the cleaning. The housekeeper was very nice and tidy, so everything was clean while I was staying. The location is also good.

숙소의 위치가 자그레브 주요 관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치여서 편리했습니다. 조식도 3가지 중 선택하면 원하는 시간에 방으로 갖다 주었는데, 양과 질 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 객실도 넓고 편안했으며 sofabed도 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 주차가 문제일 수 있는데, 호텔 앞 거리 주차 자리를 별로 어렵지 않게 확보할 수 있었습니다. 필요할 경우 유료 주차 자리를 안내해 줄 수 있다고 했는데, 거리 주차가 가능해서 사용해 보지는 않았습니다. 모든 명이 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Overall, both location and transportation facilities are good, but it is inconvenient because the heating control is weak enough to feel cold.

오래된 건물의 호텔이나 내부를 현대적이고 깨끗하게 리모델링하여 편리하고 청결합니다. 위치는 중심부에 있으나 조용하고 모든게 깔끔합니다. 특히 조식을 3가지중 선택하여 아침에 트레이에 룸으로 가져다 주셨는데 편리하고 맛있었습니다. 자그레브에 온다면 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

자그레브 시내를 도보로 이용할 수 있을만큼 가까워요. 주차도 바로앞 노상주차 가능하구요. 객실은 아주 깔끔하고 청결하며 조용합니다. 전체적으로 추천드리는 호텔입니다.

옐로치치 광장에서 걸어서 7분쯤 걸리는데 위치 나쁘지 않고 룸 컨디션 매우 좋습니다. 식당이 좁나(?) 그래서 조식도 가져다 주시는데 여행 마지막날 묵어서 오히려 가져다 주니 더 좋더라구요! 호텔 리셉션이라기엔 진짜 작아서 룸도 기대안했는데 넓고 깔끔합니다. 다만 엘베도 엄청 작아서 두명까지만 타야해요 그리고 주차가 좀 힘들어요 아무래도 시내라 그런지 호텔앞에 공영주차장 이용해야하는데 자리 남을때 잘 기다려야해요

위치는 메인광장에서 도보 10분거리. 객실 매우 청결. 조식은 룸서비스방식. 주차공간부족으로 도보이동 공영주차장이용. 규모가 크지않아 찾을때 살짝 배회하였음

I received a free upgrade from Standard to Superior. The room was very spacious with a couch, desk, and even a little outdoor patio. The bathroom is quite luxurious with a waterfall showerhead and heated floors. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, except that you could hear (and feel) when a nearby tram went by, but it was very minimal and would only be a problem to someone very sensitive to that sort of thing. Other than that, I couldn't hear any noise from the street or from the neighboring rooms. The hotel has an elevator, but it is very small, only big enough for one person at a time. So, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, it could make it a bit difficult to get everything to your room easily, but for most people, it is more than adequate. The location is great. It's right in the city center, making things easy to walk to. There are also multiple tram stations nearby. It was raining the two days I was there, and I didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel had some available for free for guests at the front door, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I was really pleased with my stay, especially considering how reasonably priced the room was! I would definitely stay there again.

We had an outstanding two night stay at the Manda Heritage Hotel. The young lady at the front desk for our check-in was extremely helpful with parking our car information. She was knowledgable about restaurant recommendations also. We loved our room, very spacious, close to the morning coffee, refrigerator worked well, loved the shower (good pressure) and the safe for our passports, etc… We were within walking distance of many of the sites we wanted to see. My wife and I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Grossses Zimmer, ruhig trotz Stadtzentrum. Leider waren die Vorhànge nicht sehr abdunkelnd unter unserem Zimmer brannten die ganze Nacht Lanpen, dadurch war es sehr hell im Zimmer.

It was our family trip. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were very nice, helpful and responsive. My luggage arrived late, they updated me when I returned to the hotel on the first two days (that the luggage hadn’t arrived yet lol) and helped me contact the courier on the last day so that I could leave Zagreb with my luggage. However, my brother who was sleeping on the sofa bed in the suite had been bitten. We reported the issue, the staff changed all the beddings and pillows etc. and when the problem wasn’t resolved, they offered to change all of us to two smaller rooms. We really appreciated their hospitality and willingness to help during our stay.
