Not service it all

The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The bartender even turned off Futbol for me to watch the NHl playoffs. The room was very clean and large. The bed was also super comfortable, best bed of the entire trip. Will be back again.

Service, food, wine, amenities, ambiences were great! We’re happy with our stay. All the staff especially the waiters at the Almatierra Restaurant. We would come back for sure.

Everything about Ojo Azul was perfect. The room was a comfortable retreat to alone time, and the proximity to Alma Tierra was perfect. Perfect setting for a get away - with special thanks to Xochitl for guiding us toward the most delicious meals and wines.

My wife and I go down to Valle for anniversary every year and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed at. The pool was great as well as the pool side service. Xochil took care of all our needs.

EL PERSONAL DE ESTE HOTEL ES MAGNÍFICO: AMABLES, SERVICIALES, SENTIDO DEL HUMOR. Sin embargo, nuestra estadía fue decepcionante. El hotel se me hizo demasiado caro para el tipo de propiedad que en realidad es. Lo promueven como 4 o 5 estrellas y en mi opinión solo llega a 2. Después de la primer noche nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque nuestra cama rechinaba con cualquier movimiento. El tapete debajo del lavabo es de plástico tipo exterior (nos daba asco pisarlo). Afuera de nuestra habitación - al lado de las sillas - había restos de puro y cigarro en el piso. Los terminados dentro del cuarto parecía que fueron los más baratos que encontraro. Donde está el inodoro hay un desodorante automático con olor a "hotel de paso". Los detalles del "resort" son de mal gusto: piso corriente, techos de plástico en vez de teja, letreros de OJO AZUL por todos lados tipo Las Vegas. Habiendo materiales tan bonitos y arquitectos tan creativos en México, me decepcionó el espacio que ocupa esta propiedad en un lugar tan mágico como el Valle de Guadalupe. Me sentía en un hotel para adolescentes en "Spring Break". No estuvimos a gusto.

Everything was awesome

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Valle. The restaurant is amazing, it’s great having a pool and jacuzzi, the resort is very quaint and peaceful, spa and gym, and it’s very central to Valle.

aunque solo estuvimos 1 día, fuimos bien recibidos, excelente atención, todo muy bien, vale la pena una estancia más prolongada.
