Booked a kitchenette room but there was no table or seating—only the bed, so we had to eat all our meals there. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and the toilet ended up leaking. Staff temporarily threw towels on the floor and didn’t properly follow up after it was fixed—leaving towels soaked in toilet water behind in the bathroom. We also had no hot water for about two days before it was finally fixed, which was extremely frustrating. There was mold in the bathroom, which I reported, but I was told no other rooms were available. The coffee maker was broken and dirty, the lamp shade had visible stains, the blind in the room was broken, and hallways were unclean. Even the communal washer and dryer looked old and gross. I was also told I’d be charged $10 for extra towels. Parking is also a problem—thankfully we were able to find street parking around the corner during our stay. The pool is extremely small (fits about 5 people). Only positive is the location, about 5–15 minutes from the beach. Very disappointing overall. Hotel offered no refund or compensation . Would not stay again.

The rooms were not clean. The property itself could use a good deep clean. The bathroom was honestly the worst part. There was no divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water went EVERYWHERE!!! Extra towels were so soaked after every shower. Everything was wet in the bathroom. Very unpleasant.

Patio door wouldn't lock on the bottom latch. Called them to let them know. Prompt service but couldn't get it fixed. Top of door was latched, so it was fine. Didn't feel unsafe. AC works great. Might recommend having more than just 2 of everything, ie. plates, spoons, forks, cups. Overall place was very nice.

Stayed here during a girls trip and at first it seemed nice but once we got settled in we noticed all of the things that made this place not worth it. The kitchen baseboards were falling apart, the utensils were dirty and the small stove was dirty as well. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and the couch had a stain on it. Property was not cleaned on a daily basis there was a mess in the lobby for several days. The patio and the furniture outside was dirty. The chairs near the pool were not clean. Tv did not work we were able to turn it on once but did not turn on again. Also the WiFi sucks was barely able to get 2 bars if I was lucky. It could be a nice place if it was cleaned properly on a daily basis but it clearly is not.

It had all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning was perfect, especially on very hot days.

I stayed here Sunday April 12th till Saturday the 18th left by 9am, I wanted to start off by saying yes the property is clean and getting to the room was a bit of a hassle and a little hard to go up stairs if you have a luggage, upon entering the room it was air conditioned and clean and smelled good and a safe location. The problem was that my roommates ac would leak water when it was turned off, the maintenance does need a lot of work the room was wet majority of our stay and was a safety hazard and they didn’t even bother to send someone to clean up the water until I asked not worrying about it at all.

The room was very clean! It was in walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, food truck, street library (free books), etc. I would definitely recommend.

This was a great location for our short two night stay. Having only one key was not convenient, the lock box was difficult to open;, if you are in a group that doesn’t come and go together it’s annoying!!! Also, the pool is small, it’s a plunge pool only (the pictures make it look bigger), but good for a quick soak after a long day. This is a great apartment if you are only sleeping there, common areas are not comfortable for a large group and the kitchen has the bare minimum! I bought and donated a wine tool ha! We had a great last minute stay, the price was good, location was good (four blocks from a beach access, one block from a grocery store and super convenient for Ubers all around San Juan).

Bairro um pouco degradado, não me senti segura para andar à noite. Praia próxima bonita, porém sem estrutura e mar bravo

I read the reviews beforehand and, unfortunately, they were accurate. When we arrived, the room was not clean—the bathroom in particular had hair around the toilet, which was very off-putting. There was a strong air freshener plugged in, and once I removed it, the bathroom smelled like urine. Additionally, the TV and Wi-Fi were not working, which was inconvenient. The room was also very dark, and we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, making it feel even more closed in. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and could definitely use improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

Comfortable apartment, very well located near beaches and parks and shopping. Friendly and hospitable staff. We’d love to return and stay here again next time.
