On February 10, I flew to Kigali and having hired a taxi, I arrived at the Rainbow Aparts hotel. But the hotel administration says to me: "I'm sorry, we have no seats." I stayed outside. I had to hire a taxi again to look for a hotel, as a result I incurred additional costs of $ 100.
