방은 어른 두 명과 아이 한 명이 지내기에 충분히 넓습니다. 공간이 협소하여 엑스트라 침대는 추가할 수 없습니다. 여기까지는 만족스럽습니다. JB 센트럴과 공항 사이에 위치해 있어 접근성이 좋습니다.

JB 센트럴까지는 꽤 멀지만 공항과는 가깝습니다. 공항에 늦고 싶지 않은 분들에게 적합합니다.

방은 깨끗했고 창문 너머로 아래 상가들이 보였습니다. 근처에 음식점들이 많고, 예를 들어 KiP 몰도 있습니다.

방은 깨끗하고, 에어컨도 시원하고, 물 수위가 좀 낮긴 하지만... 그 외에는 괜찮아요.

모든 것이 괜찮았고, 위치도 아주 좋았고, 직원 모두 친절했습니다. 특히 야간 근무 남자 리셉션 직원은 매우 도움이 되었습니다.

패러다임 몰 근처에 있어서 위치가 좋고, 근처에서 야식도 먹을 수 있고, 맞은편에 프라타 가게도 있어요.

1. 고속도로 옆에 위치한 호텔이라 너무 시끄러워요. 밤새도록 오토바이 소리가 시끄럽게 울려요. 2. 방의 단열이 안 좋아서 옆방에서 밤새 TV를 켜놨어요. 그 소리가 제 방까지 울려 퍼졌어요. 3. 음식을 가져갔는데 개미가 기어 나와요. 4. 침대 옆 불도 안 켜져요. 차라리 돈을 더 내고 더 좋은 호텔을 구하세요. 여기 묵는 건 이번이 마지막이자 마지막이거든요. 그래도 직원들은 친절해요.

가격대비 꽤 괜찮은 숙소였습니다. 단기 투숙에 좋습니다. 패러다임 몰과 가깝고 킵 몰까지 걸어서 2분 이내입니다.

호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사는 간단합니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 괜찮습니다.

위치는 좋아요 쇼핑몰과 푸드코트랑 가까우나 방이 매우 좁아요

직원들의 미소가 너무 비싼데, 밤에 근무하는 리셉셔니스트는 좀 더 미소가 많아요

리셉션 직원이 좀 뻣뻣했어요. 손님을 맞이하는 것이 부족하고, 환영인사도 없고, 손님이 도착해도 자리에 앉아 있는데, 이는 보통 다른 호텔에서는 손님이 들어오자마자 그런 경우가 많습니다. 접수원이 일어나 친절하게 맞이해 드립니다. 이 호텔에서는 그런 환영을 기대하지 마십시오. 특히 여성을 돌보는 사람이 인도계 출신이라면 더욱 그렇습니다. 그것은 마치 우리가 그곳에 머무르면서 잠만 자고 돈을 내지 않은 것과 같습니다. 하지만 전략적인 위치와 객실이 상당히 크고 깨끗하기 때문에 조호르에 갈 때마다 여전히 이 호텔에 묵습니다.

호텔에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 말레이시아-싱가포르 국경에서 멀지 않습니다. 호텔 주변에 많은 레스토랑과 푸드코트가 있습니다.

5x trip ke Johor, selalu menginap di hotel ini. Tempatnya strategis, kamar bersih dan nyaman. Hanya satu catatan: Jangan harap resepsionis-nya terlihat tersenyum walau sebenarnya mereka mau membantu jika kita ada yang diperlukan 😁.

Proses check-in out lancar, kamar bersih, Wi-Fi kencang, fasilitas sebanding dengan harga, dekat restoran & minimarket 24 jam, dekat dengan mal. Lokasi gampang ditemukan.

Air tiada. Manager tak uruskan customer. pastu pekerja tak inform pulak tu waktu check in air tiada. Dah check in, staff cakap dah check in, pikir sendiri nak mandi macam mana. Imagine lah service macam ni dekat hotel ni. Korang sanggup nak duduk sini? Silakan. Fara, the frontdesk memang bagus. Pekerja nama Chittu, manager ke ape tak tahu, cam hanat perangai. Air tiada prepare lah botol ke air spare ke. Ni takde strategik langsung handle customer. Walaupun tak dapat refund, may this comment tebus other customers, to know this hotel is bad in giving services to customers.

I've booked 2 rooms with window but during check-in, only 1 room with a window is given and the remaining with no window. Therefore, we sought for an explanation and the front desk told us the room rate is same for with window and no window. After that, we were informed, all of their rooms with window is overbooked offline but we are not happy this explanation. Then, the front desk made a call with “someone” and after a while, they told us another version of reason where the bathroom sink pipe at other room with a window is broken and need to be fixed. The solution from the front desk, if we insist want to change to a room with window and 1 of us need to pack and unpack our luggage on the next day after the problem is fixed. At the end, we gave up and proceed to our room as it is very hassle to pack and unpack our luggage. Apart from the check in chaos, the below are some awful encounters. 1. No apologize or sorry for their internal mistake during check in. 2. Unknown insect is found across our room wall and ceiling. 3. Coffee stain on the wall near the dressing table and socket. 4. The bedside light is broken and one of the ceiling light is not functioning at all. 5. No shower bracket for the shower head faucet. 6. Request for the iron and iron board, the front desk staff handed over to the guest, which is me and I need to carry myself to my room. 7. Request for the hair dryer but we were told only 1 unit is available at that time. So, me and my friend need to take turns during our stay. What more worse was, I got disturbed by the front desk at the very next day at 6. 50am and asked to return the hair dryer as other guest is needed urgently. 8. Stains on bedsheet. Well, I keep the worse part for last, on my last night stay, my room air condition system is not functioning and the front desk told me is because the electric power shortage. Ended up, I need to pack and unpack my luggage at the middle of the night and change to another room. Yes, I'm aware that The Point is just a boutique hotel and I know what you pay and what you get. But, hotel business is all about service regardless of the hotel star rating.

The bed is not easy to sleep, there will be noise when you turn around, the sound insulation is not good, the room next door is very noisy.
