Lovely stay

Breakfast was great, staff very nice. Walkable to Krupówki and some other areas. Shower was a little dirty in the bathroom but other than that, very nice property and smells very nice even in the room.

This hotel perfectly matches what you'd envision as a comfortable and convenient mountain retreat. Although we visited during the summer, it was clear that the hotel would be equally inviting and cozy during winter months. Parking was hassle-free, and the breakfast was delightful. Overall, an excellent choice for leisure with family.

The hotel needs a facelift or deep clean. My hotel room sofa had 2 huge stains which I covered with a towel. The cloth headboard was filthy. New pillows should be a priority. The bathroom was clean and lovely. The reception area staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff not so. Food was good.

This is an excellent place for a relaxing stay. The rooms spacious, beds comfortable and the shower was great - so are the Spa and pool areas. What more do you want? The bar was great although a bit pricey and the dinner... mediocre at best (go out... especially go to Cristina's). What was glorious was the breakfast buffer. One of the best I have had at a hotel. Enjoy your stay.
