I have selected this hotel based on very good reviews. I think the hotel is just okay for short stays. Very small room, there is no kettle / coffee or tea, no phone to contact reception, the bathroom has 2 paper cups and towels and toilet paper, shower gel in the shower and a hairdryer. Cleaning was done daily but unfortunately not with hoovering which we would expect. The breakfast are basic continental with ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juice. Its a buffet type. Coffee machine available at reception with coffee costing 3euros. Hotel is further afield from centre but good connections with public transport. Billa just across the road which is handy.

The stay was overall good. Breakfast was fine but with limited dishes. I would call it a buffet if it had few more varieties of baked food, fruits, etc., No free parking, No free coffee after breakfast. The staffs were with German straighforwardness. Overall it was a decent stay.

Room was clean, staff were very kind, just wish there was a fridge in the room as we bought food while we were in Vienna and had nowhere to put it but our stomachs 😂😂

Great staff, very clean, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good. 10 minute walk to tram, Billa Supermarket across the street. Great value, we will stop here again. This is a residential and office building area, you will need a transit pass - 22euro / 7 days or use uber.

Abgesehen vom mäßigem WLAM gab es nichts groß zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett und die Bahn Haltestelle zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der nächste Supermarkt direkt Gegenüber. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Staff was super lovely and helpful. Would absolutely stay again for that price. The price performance ration is excellent. No luxury but spotless clean.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war üppig. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben.

Clean rooms, staff, breakfast

Good size room, clean and a very comfortable bed. Easy access to the city centre My only criticism is the lack of amenities in the room to make tea/coffee.

Rooms are huge, HUGE!- and very quiet. But kind of a weird body odor smell and everything feels old and dated, most especially the carpet which really should be changed. Great location for walking to everything, HOWEVER, and this is very important for some- it is not accessible. Cars/ taxi/ uber won’t even drive to the hotel, it’s medieval cobblestone streets. You will have to haul your luggage nearly ½ mile, and it will wreck your luggage wheels. When you arrive at hotel, stairs only no ramp for taking bags up. Staff is mostly very friendly, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. So it’s hit or miss, but these concerns should be mentioned. Also room was very cold with no thermostat, front desk gave me a space heater however. All in all, pretty good value- but can’t overstate the walking over cobblestones for way too long with luggage, and also the room amenities could be improved. For instance no toothpaste or bathrobe- just basic stuff.

de kamer was zeer basic en verouderd.we kregen 2 aparte bedden als koppel met een vast nachtkastje ertussen. kamer heeft geen bureautje en ook geen plaats om je koffer op te leggen. personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er was gezien ons late uur van vertrek mogelijkheid om bagage te stokeren.wel zeer drukke buurt en geen asbak buiten voor rokers en ook geen bankje om te zitten.

Excellent clean hotel. Location is too far from centre, you have to get the tram daily. McDonalds nearby, Billa (supermarket) also walking distance - a bonus!

Good value. There's no frills but the room was clean, everything worked and the breakfast is an added bonus. Close to transport links (buses) which are frequent.

Helt ok hotell som har det aller nødvendigste. Savnet en kaffemaskin/vannkoker på rommet. Drar en del ned ettersom det var gjester som gikk rundt og bar på hundene sine i frokostbuffeten og lente seg selv og hunden over maten. Helt ok at det er «pet-friendly», men burde vært restriksjoner akkurat ved maten.
