뷰가 매우 좋구요. 아침 조식도 훌륭합니다. 침대 시트와 프레임이 좀 최고의 품질은 아니었지만, 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 체크 인 하면서 무거운 가방을 로비의 3개 되는 얕은 계단이었는데, 바로 눈앞에 있던 전혀 바쁘지 않았던 직원은 전혀 도와주지 않고 쳐다보고만 있었던당혹스러웠던 순간은 아직도 잊혀지질 않네요.

만족합니다. 프론트 데스크는 아주 친절했습니다.

깨끗하고 직원분들 또한 친절해서 좋아요 타라고나 해안을 조망 할 수있는 객실을 선택하시는게 좋을 겁니다 엘리베이터가 조금 작은것이 흠이네요 타라고나 시내를 투어하기에도 좋고 자체 주차시설도 있어서 이용하기 편합니다

We had air conditioning issues in both room we went to. This hotel was built in 1962 and renovated a few times. But you can definitely see this hotel looks tired in some areas.

Um hotel extremamente bem localizado no centro histórico de Tarragona com. Uma bela vista para o anfiteatro romano e o mar Mediterrâneo. O hotel tem um estilo luxuoso e ao mesmo tempo moderno. Os quartos e banheiros sao amplos. Oferecem várias amenities como kits de barbear e para escovar os dentes. Na chegada oferecem um drink de boas vindas. O café da manhã custa 20 euros mas tem muitas variedades de comidas e bebidas. Praticamente um brunch. O hotel possui duas piscinas uma no térreo e outra no terraço com uma vista linda para o Mediterrâneo. Também tem um bar e restaurante no térreo além de academia. Uma hospedagem excelente perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos de Tarragona. A única falha considero o alto preço do estacionamento. 24 euros por dia. Fiquei em outros hotéis na Espanha que ofereciam estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. Acho que deveriam seguir esta mesma política de gratuidade.

We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the amphitheater and the Mediterranean. I highly recommend.

We loved our room which was a Jr. Suite. Recently renovated, it was nicely decorated in light tones, and had a wall of glass facing the bay and beach! The lighting worked well, the bathroom was fine, as was the generous amount of storage. The only improvements we would suggest are the soft goods…the pillows were not good, either too small or too large and artificial materials that were not comfortable. The towels were well used and not very achievable. Otherwise we were very happy. Breakfast is good. One other small time, is signage leading from the street for a visitor going to check-in…what is seen is a Casino, gated…not a clear path to the front door.

We LOVED. The location of the Hotel!! It was perfect to explore the city.. The property was BEAUTIFUL and staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were wonderful & comfortable and we soo enjoyed the in room expressive & cookies. We only wish we had gone a little later in the year so we could have used the amazing pools, one is on the roof!! The view is incredible!!

Overall we had a great stay. The hotel was in a great location for the old town restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool and bar area were excellent. I was a little disappointed in the room we were allocated as it was a twin room when we booked a double and it was an accessible room, again which we did not book.

Our room was nice but not super big . Bathroom was big with nice shower . We had a King bed that was comfy . We didn’t book a view but still private . My biggest issue was NO ICE machine at the hotel. They told us to go to the bar if we wanted ice and would give us ONLY 2 small glasses with 3 large pieces of ice in them. The next day the bar told me that if I wanted more Ice it would cost $5 Euros!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I talked to the check in desk and they confirmed ICE is not included and I should never even had any free ice to begin with . I was very very Upset and begged them at least to give me an ice bucket. I had to finally go back to the bar to get one after being approved. I had to then walk outside of the hotel and go to the grocery store to buy a bag of ice for only 1.80 Euros . I couldn’t even put the ice in my bar fridge as it was too big . I don’t understand they why they are being so cheap in this highly rated hotel when a bag only costs 1.80 EU I am debating whether I will still stay at another H10 hotel in Barcelona which I booked over 2 months ago if they have the same policy especially when I’m paying $950 EU for only 3 nights .
