Very good location and accommodating staff together with a clean, nice hotel made for a great stay.

My expectations were truly surpassed by this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the access to beverages and snacks. The location is incredible - walkable distance from the duomo, galleria, nearby restaurants, and other sites. I highly recommend this hotel to couples.

The hotel location was perfect for me - a few minutes from everywhere I wanted to be. The staff were all very helpful, kind and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again

Leider hat das Zimmer 602 nur sehr kleine Fenster, welche zudem erst bei etwa 170 cm beginnen. Das ist leider bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Zudem hat es mitten durch das Zimmer eine gefährliche Schwelle, bei der dann meine Frau gestolpert ist, so dass heue noch blaue Flecken und angeknackte Rippen vorhanden sind. Lage ist ausserordentlich gut!

Located near plenty of shopping options, if that's what your there for. Last Supper is within walking distance as well. Service was fantastic, Room was very comfortable.

Central location, friendly staff and a quirky modern design which is not functional. No closet space, only 3 small drawers, and less than a foot of space to hang your coats and shirts. Lighting is also pretty bad.

What a great spot located right behind the Duomo! It was wonderfully quiet and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable (we stayed 2 separate times in a week). The staff was fantastic which always makes a hotel even better!

Great little hotel in a very convenient area, within walking distance to the Duomo. Lots of shopping and dining options close by. Fabulous staff and room, only negative is the strong perfumed scent in the room.

Great hotel in a perfect location 5 minutes from the Duomo. What a fun and comfortable room too! The staff was truly incredible since my luggage did not arrive and they kept an eye out for it and were so kind and helpful in the process

the location close to the Scala is the only advantage here. The reception was friendly but the challenge ist to find this little door directly beside a parking entrance. If you leave your car there, the service is ok (but 80€ per day) but don't wonder if your car is telling you all the time that it is moving. They need to jiggle all the cars around to squeeze everything in. Housekeeping works only sometimes - even when we were away for hours for sightseeing. You notice that something must be there, when you see all the cars with dirty linen and cleaning equipment left and right of your room door but the please make our room sign worked only ones. I.e. you also do not get the free mini bar refilled or coffee etc. The "Rooftop Restaurant" is not as you might expect. Dinner is not recommendable - even when you arrive late (the Lasagne was the worst i ever had) and breakfast service does everything to get you out again. As soon as you get there you are literally "attacked" to provide your room number (even when they should know you meanwhile). the omelette is swimming in cheap oil and the ingredients like tomatoes are still cold when you get it. When you are late they already remove everything - before the end of the breakfast time. It is customer avoidance - not customer service. Just to be clear - it is a high price location. Charging up to 600€ per night depending on the room category.

The hotel location is very close to the Cathedral and Galleria. Walk out the front door and bear right...follow the road. You can't miss it. Loved the hot tub.
