Hermosa propiedad antigua con exquisita deco moderna. A pasos de todo lo que hay que ver en Split. Estacionamiento. Un staff dispuesto a ayudar. Mención especial para María Belén que hablando en español hacía de nuestro desayuno un excelente momento.

The hotel located is excellent. A 10 mins walking distance to old town area. Breakfast is very delicious and freshly prepared. Our only problem is it was difficult to find their car park. It would be helpful if they advised the GPS location or address for the car park entrance. Apart from this, all others are very good. Particularly the receptionist Ivana who advised us good restaurants and nearby towns to visit.

Hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel boutique con tanto encanto. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. La habitación era preciosa, cuidada al detalle y con un ambiente muy especial que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. El desayuno fue simplemente espectacular, todo delicioso y preparado con mucho mimo. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de María, quien nos atendió en los desayunos con una amabilidad y cercanía excepcionales, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente.

Place looked just like the photos and very close to Diocletian's Palace. There are also nice grocery stores close by.

Just recently refurbished and looking really good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location - don't get a licensed taxi from the airport; they are a massive rip-off. Uber is half the price!!!

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, 5 min. bis zur Altstadt. Moderne, saubere Zimmer, angenehmes Frühstück. Alles bestens, würde wieder dort wohnen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

We loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel Fermai! The hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Quick and easy walk to split old town. I enjoyed the accessibility by car from the airport and being able to be within a quick walk of the main Split area. Bonus points for how good the body wash/lotion smelled!

Total comfort and service of the hotel and staff. Perfectly relaxing after long walking days in the beautiful city of Split. Impeccable cleaning. The staff incredibly nice and made us feel at home after exploring Croatia. Harder to find a better location, as it is a 5’ walk from all the main points of interest and Old Town. The breakfast has everything anyone can ask for. 100% recommend
