The beds and pillows are way too hard. You guys need more comfortable mattresses. Terrible to sleep !

Absolutely amazing stay. Will definitely be back. Outdoor jacuzzi highly recommended. Great facilities and excellent staff. We had such a fun time. Can definitely get hot during the day, depending on your spot. Food was excellent!

This hotel is magical, I loved everything about my stay here except taking my bags to and from my room which is off the beaten path… I enjoyed the tranquility, spa and the food.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to anticipate every need. They checked in frequently to make sure I felt safe and comfortable, even handling tricky airline double-charge issues with Spanish-language calls on my behalf. The on-site restaurant staff carved out a quiet workspace for me, and their kindness made all the difference. The property itself is breathtaking. Every corner of the garden is immaculately maintained, blooming with vibrant color and perfectly trimmed hedges. The architecture is truly inspired—sleek, stylish lines and thoughtful design details that give the entire place an air of serene elegance. If you’re seeking a retreat—whether for relaxation, work, or a little bit of both—this is the spot. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would gladly return for another stay or even host a wellness retreat here someday. Absolutely beautiful in every respect!

Un lugar realmente hermoso!!!! Lleno de paz y tranquilidad. Queda muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo que es conveniente y tiene varias opciones de restaurantes cerca. Hace fríoo por lo que es importante tener la ropa adecuada.

Excelente place to be surrounded of nature. The food is very good. We were there for two days and ended staying 3. For sure we will be back.

Very quiet except for the occasional dog barking

Front desk was incredible she was so accommodating and made us feel at home. The facility was incredible and the scenery and landscaping was so breathtaking. We will be back again and again for sure. The food was really good and staff was very kind. The place was easy to find and close to the airport.
