Very clean and welcoming stay, great breakfast and restaurant available if wanted. Lovely spacious room with water and hot drinks in room. Outdoor swimming pool and spa relaxation area was peaceful and well maintained, helpful staff making it an overall lovely stay. A little out of the centre but super easy to travel in by taxi, car or even bike hire from the hotel

Flott hotell med rene og komfortable rom, hyggelig personale og god frokost. Beliggenheten fungerte også veldig bra for vårt opphold i Sofia. Det eneste som trekker litt ned er at airconditionen ikke kjølte godt nok, og at myggnettingen ved vinduet ikke var helt tett. Ellers var vi veldig fornøyde og ville gjerne bodd her igjen.

Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl. Besonders im Spa war das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Vielen Dank an Hamdi und Vladimir!

Buchen Sie das Hotel nur wenn sie mit einem Auto unterwegs sind! Mit dem Bus ist das Zentrum nur mühsam zu erreichen und am Abend keine Verbindung mehr. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Schöne gehobene Wohngegend und Ruhe am Abend. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut aber ekelhafter Saft bzw. es ist gar kein richtiger Saft. Man muss sich alles selbst holen, obwohl genug Personal da war aber sie machen lieber Privatgespräche statt Kaffee zu servieren. Im Treppenhaus werden die Notfalleinrichtungen mit Geschirr blockiert und es bleibt den ganzen Tag da stehen.

Check in was straightforward however, we were not given our bed requests. I reserved 1 double and 2 twins. I was given 2 doubles and 1 twin, which was not changed. The rooms looked fairly decent but the rooms had an unpleasant smell, like there was dust in the air or within the carpets. The balcony views were ok. Lake view is not really a good view if your room is in the lower level. The balcony with lake view picture on the hotel website was probably the room with the best view. Breakfast was poor, but i guess it was a typical bulgarian type of breakfast. Only 3 hot options, a very small selection of pastries only and the juices all were very dilute cordial at best. We never bothered to go for more breakfast after the 1st visit. I have stayed at better hotels in Plovdiv. The location was also a little far from the main areas. I would not stay there again.
