가격대비 깔끔하고 아늑했습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리된 점이 가장 좋았고 공기 청정기등 최신식 시설이 좋았습니다. 콘센트도 넉넉히 마련되어있고, 프레스코 세븐 일레븐, 패밀리 마트등도 가깝고 테라마치와도 가깝고 바로 근처가 교토공원이라 산책하기도 좋았습니다.

Staff here was lovely and the hotel itself was a convenient location too!

Very small rooms. I only stayed 2 nights and I’m glad that’s all it was. It’s a great location, convenient but if you’re not a fan of a small rooms, avoid this at all cost. Also, there isn’t someone at the front desk at all times. If you need something, ask sooner than later. I would recommend this place for a day or two but anything longer I would look elsewhere.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Coffee in the lobby is nice. Our rooms smelled weird and had other people's hair in the bathroom. The carpets felt dirty, so please use the slippers they provide.

Disappointed I chose this place because the beds were rock solid and it meant I didn't sleep well for four nights, which kind of ruined my impression of Kyoto. What I don't like is the fact that guests are incentivised to give good reviews with Starbucks vouchers. This skews the ratings and is misleading and I'm sure this is the reason this hotel is rated so highly. Staff aren't that friendly. Cleaning only happens once every five days and the rooms are awkwardly designed making it hard to relax.

Small hotel with not too many rooms, but the size of the room are quite large. Front desk staffs are friendly.

Kyoto was beautiful and our stay was also amazing. Very easy access to markets, restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet location too if you are travelling with family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We like how the nishiki market is just in walking distance from here and the staff were very friendly.
