The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken.
The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for the bacon or just my hands. The cheese and salami were hard, it looked like they’d been cut days ago. The croissant basket had six, and when they ran out, they didn’t restock it. Guests who arrived later for breakfast found almost nothing to eat, even though they charge for breakfast as a buffet.
Expedia shouldn’t sell this hotel to its customers as a 4-star property; it doesn’t even qualify as a 1-star hotel.
