Fantastic hotel - great value for money, rooms clean and breakfast great variety. Unlimited bottles of water 👍 A little bit further away from Golden Temple but you are staying/paying for international brand so you know the consistency and level of hygiene and customer care is there. Ubers and Rickshaw (if you want local experience going through the back streets with shops that have been around for many generations) are readily available. I would stay here again and recommend to F&F

Lovely hotel which is easily accessible to most places. Highly recommend this hotel.

There is restricted space at the forecourt. We found our self behind cars that were waiting to go in. From our position driver could see no reason as to why cars in front were not moving and started blowing his horn. It would have been useful for one of the security staff to be positioned out and inform driver about the situation.

We stayed for 16 nights and it was amazing. I have no criticisms. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was cleaned to a high standard regularly. Breakfast has many options and is cooked fresh.

Sehr guter Service, Essen und Zimmer. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, außer der Pool, durch den freien Himmel kommen Tauben rein. Ich empfehle ein Netz o.ä. Die Kellner waren hervorragend, haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt, vor allem mit Kind 6 Jahre alt beim Abendbuffet wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen, es wurden sogar extra Gerichte für unseren Sohn zubereitet. Zimmer Service war jederzeit verfügbar. Das Hotel ist die 5 Sterne wert!

Everything was good. Hose keeping was excellent. Hotel drivers were excellent. Saw a cockroach in the dining food area. Couldn't take a picture. Handling of wet food with bare hands in one of the live counters. Shuttle service could be better. I think I was lied to for the 45 minutes delay in the shuttle to pick us up. Lying is not appreciated from front desk staff.

Great Breakfast and Dinner jncluded in room price, as are feee transfers to/from airport and Golden Temple. This makes it overall a very good value for money

The staff were all courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. One negative point was that the pressure when the hot water was being used in the shower was low and the water temperature wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was due to the cold weather. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again.
