You can call the hotel for a pick up, the hotel staff comes in 10mins. Drop off service was included, I had half day stay there and it was a good stay. Its a cute resort look ike place. Toilet was spaceous with good cleanness. Doorlock in the room seems not very secured though.(just window lock) You have to reach main street to get some food maybe 15mins walking distance. If you are just resting in the room, it's the perfect place.

밤늦게도착이거나 밤늦게 출발일때 좋습니다.가격도 저렴하고 투룸이라 성인세명도 가능합니다. 공항에 내려서 전화하면 데리러오고 공항까지 데려다 주기도 합니다. 근처에 avis렌터카 사무소가 있어 편리합니다. 5분만 걸어나오면 큰길이고 길주변에 먹을거리 저녁때 많이 팝니다.편의점도 있습니다.

Positiv: # Schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in. # Schöner sauberer Holzbungalow im landestypischen Stil. # Die kleine Bungalow-Anlage liegt inmitten von tropischem Grün mit ganz viel exotischem Vogelgezwitscher. # Keine 10 Gehminuten bis zur Mainroad mit jeder Menge Läden, Restaurants und allem, was man brauchen könnte. Optimierungsfähig: # Großer Spiegel außerhalb vom Bad fehlt. # Ablagemöglichkeit am Kopfende des Betts fehlt - Nachttisch oder wenigstens eine Ablageplatte. # Schön wären auch 1oder 2 Stühle im Schlafraum.

We booked this hotel as arrived in Phuket from Chiang Mai at 8:30am, and were only flying out to Istanbul at 10:30pm. They collected us from the airport, gave us coffee while they, cleaned the room & lets us check in early & took us to the airport later. Wonderful experience. 5 stars 🌟

They picked us up at the airport at 2:30am after our flight was delayed and returned us to the airport the next morning. No charge. Beautiful wood carvings all over the buildings in traditional Thai. Lovely.

除了建筑物特别和进机场，没有好处了，床很硬，一晚都没睡着，设施陈旧，有个小冰箱，连个热水壶都没有，没牙刷牙膏的，，到机场走路大概5-10分钟，大马路对面有7-11，有餐厅，餐厅吃东西很便宜。如果自驾游他们在Expedia的地趾在Google里不准，把我们都不知道导到哪里去了，找了好久，好在找了当地人打电话，有店员出来接才找得到

The staff was amazing! They picked us up from the airport at midnight and were very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained! The next day they took us back to the airport to meet up with other family members flying in.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. It is a quiet and discreet place. Limited places to eat nearby and that too primarily Thai food. An excellent place to stay overnight while in transit. Telephone service to communicate with the property is limited whereas email does not exist.

Different to a cookie cut hotel in a good way, bathroom floor very slippery.

I am familiar with Japanese hotels, so I can not understand the situation of hotels in Thailand. It lacks hygiene and convenience compared to Japan. However, I was struck by the kindness of the staff smiles, Thai and English who are not good at dealing with us. I will try to use it again when I go to Thailand.

We got into Phuket at almost midnight and the staff and Ruenthai Boutique were absolutely perfect after a long day(s) of travel. We called and were picked up from the airport within 15 min, hotel is less than a 10 min drive from there and service was kind and friendly. The kitchen was closed since it was so late, so our driver even asked if we needed to stop for food. Checkin was quick and easy even though I had made a mistake on my end. Clean and comfortable room - basic, but just right for what we needed. The hotel is a beautiful Thai style and little beautiful touches of home are everywhere. Breakfast was delicious.

Great first night in Thailand. Good stay near airport to stave off jet lag and travel wearieness. Service was great and the area beautiful.
