그냥 평범한...최소의 것들만 갖춰져있는... 옆에 마카티 다이아몬드 레지던스가 그리워지는..

수건 같은건 좀 낡았구요 넓긴했는데 깨끗하진 않았어요

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. There were number of huge malls near the hotel. However the facility was old and not very clean. Wifi was not working in the room. I called housekeeping to fix the Wifi but never been fixed.

절대로 이 혼텔에 가지마세요. 벌레가 넘 많아서 잠을 잘 수가 없습니다. 그리고 사진에는 너무나 좋게 나와서 그 사진만 믿고 가셨다가는 큰일납니다. 절대로 가지 마세요. 절대로 싼가격이 아닙니다. Don't go this hotel. Room is bug's home so you couldn't sleep that bed. I think you'd better stay another hotel.

불친절한 리셉션 가성비에 맞지 않은 룸컨디션 ㅋ 취사 아무것도 없었다 위치만 좋았어요 다시는 방문 계획 없네요

모두가 행복한 시간 가졌었다고 만족해 했음.

주위의 분위기가 숙박요금에 비해 너무 좋은편이다.

쇼핑하는 곳과 가까워서 좋았음

조용하고 깨끗하고 좋은데... 마닐라 sm몰 과는 거리가 좀 있습니다..sm몰에서 호텔 까지가는데.. 미터요금 플러스 50페소 정도 더주셔야 택시잡기편함 ....

그린벨트5 앞에 위치하고 주변에 편의점 레스토랑등이 있어서 편리하긴 했지만 호텔의 모자람을 커버할수는 없을 것 같다. 방자체도 너무 낙후됐고, 욕실은 물론이고, 에어컨 소리는 어마어마해서 결코 켜놓고 잘 수도 없고, 침대는 눅눅 그자체였고, 냉장고는 아예 꺼놓기 때문에 체크인하면 직접 켜놔야 한다. 욕실에 대형타월 단두개만 놓여있는데 누렇게 변색된게 참 오래된것 같았다. 아침 식사는 룸서비스인데 원하는 시간대에 갖다준적은 한번도 없었다. 30분 빠르거나 늦었는데 차갑고 딱딱한 빵에 너무나 형편없었다. 정말 참을 수 없었던건 너무 피곤해서 일찍 잠이 들었는데 그때가 9시 30분정도 였다. 호텔 전화가 울려서 깼는데 전화 체크를 한다고 프론트로 다시 전화를 해달라는 것이다. 잠을 깨워놔서도 무척 기분이 언짢았다. 이제까지 많은 여행을 다녔지만 이런 호텔은 처음이었다. 위치를 빼면 좋은 점이 하나도 없었다.

I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response.

The entrance for the hotel is the back of the building right beside the laundromat, not as appealing as the actual lobby in the pictures. Check in area is in a very small space, can only fit 1 guest in, no area to hang around. My parents found a cockroach on the towels in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. However though staff are very friendly and very helpful. Will not recommend.

Very hot Hotel very nice but hot stuff that carry your bag up to your room that's about it

location is good, buy the overall conditions not so satisfied

BSA is BS!!!! Front door is off limit for guest use. Had to use back alley door. Misleading ad showing beautiful front entrance. Try to use and guards will STOP.you from using it. I want a refund.

Our stay is just ok overall. I commend the staff for they are extremely polite and helpful. The room is kind of outdated needs some upgrade. Security is great. The location is perfect.

The towels smells; they are stained and not white. The lobby sucks and smell sewage😩

Only bad thing is we cannot use front door!

只是宿一晚翌早5點去機場，入住時根本叫Grab 都是去了108 Legaspi Street, 找不到真正的入口，實際上那個地址是業主或租客的入口，用來去廣告，我們要由正門步行50米去後卷另一座大廈後門入口，所謂前台check in 只是一張3尺書枱做登記，房內連風筒都沒有，地布是灰黑色，毛巾有異味淺灰色！第二天早上call Grab 去機場，等了20分鐘那部車都找不到地址。結果要截的士去機場。 強烈要求BSA要更正地址，不要欺騙群眾！照片同真實差距甚大！
