Nice clean property with all modern amenities

Rooms need maintenance. Also, there was nothing superior about the superior room.

Stinks of drainage right outside the gate

Rooms are dated, things were falling apart. Dinning was poor experience, but when we complained/ shared feedback. Next day we did notice a huge change in the overall service

Rooms are average, not kept in the best condition. The view outside the window is abandoned building which makes the room kind of depressing.

I chose Radisson Blu because I expected a higher level of service, it is not a cheap hotel. Two things that disappointed me, firstly I had two consecutive bookings which didn't get joined up had to sort this to get back into my room. Secondly my wife discovered a rat in our room, which the staff seemed amused by. Eventually we got moved to a new room once it was explained a rat in the room is not normal, acceptable or amusing. I certainly wouldn't stay in this hotel, and would consider not staying in any other Radisson again.

I was on a business trip , but the hotel had a horrible vibe to it . It was really shaddy and hotel staff kept bugging me all through. They charged me extra for an upgrade and then that room was same . Not a sweet . Yje washroom was pathetic and not clean

Hotel is well kept and breakfast was very good staff service was exceptional. Loved staying at this property

Staff was slow and it took long time for them to respond to my power outage in room complaint.

Service was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Food was pretty good. Mostly vegetarian though. Cheap price. Out of town though. My view was of the biggest rubbish mountain in the world. You could see people living in it.

The room was quite clean and had a pretty good interior, the size was a bit small but the view was quite good

This hotel is mainly for weddings and parties. It is not meant for business travelers. The entire hotel smells damp; I think this has something to do with the AC of the building. Hotel's surroundings stink of garbage dumping mountain which is probably within 2 kms.
