The hotel was smelly both inside the rooms and in the corridors. The washrooms were dirty and smelly. Food was terrible and buttermilk was stale

We ended up settling for night after moving into the room third time. First was so much full of foul smell that we refused to take it, the second they moved us to, when we turned the light, the cockroaches were running around in the room, the washroom shower lines were so dirty, eroded with rust that we wouldn’t want to touch them. When called the reception, they moved us to another room claiming that part of the hotel was newly built. It was after 9 pm and we had no choice but to take it as we were in Ujjain only for the night for purpose of pilgrimage. I would rather not recommend it unless the conditions are visibly improved and hotel needs to honest considering this city to be so important for its importance being Mahakaleshwar. Bimal

Property is poorly maintained. Bathrooms in terrible conditions. I forgot few clothes in cupboard and couldn’t recover them from hotel staff.

Food was good, but they do not allow even an hour early check in which is disappointing. Closer to temple.
