직원들이 다 너무 친절함

직원분들 매우 친절하셨던게 가장 좋았고, 숙박 시설은 깨끗하고 무난했습니다. 주변에 도보로 이동하기에 편한 위치입니다.

O quarto é muito pequeno e mesmo você pedindo para limpar, deixam louça na pia (sim, o quarto é mais um studio do que um quarto em si). O isolamento de som não é dos melhores mas dá para dormir. Não tem café da manhã, então não se engane com as fotos que mostram bandeja de café. A localização é muito boa, fica bem no centro comercial da cidade e é o que salva o hotél.

The room was so cute. The staff was very very friendly and even took the time to explain where we should go visit in Seville. The pool was so refreshing to have in the Seville heat. So worth the stay.

The hotel is modern, clean, with friendly staff, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in a large shower, and a rooftop pool. I am not a fan of the glass door to the bathroom so the light in the bathroom shines into the bedroom at night. There is very little storage space for luggage.

We loved that the property was right in central Seville. Great access to shopping, restaurants & the Flamenco Show was only a block away.

Hotel bien situado en el centro, en la zona comercial y muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas. La habitación está bien con techos altos y un pequeño equipamiento de cocina con microondas, sandwichera, nevera, platos, cubiertos , cafetera Nespresso y cápsulas. El baño es amplio y moderno cómo la habitación. La habitación 102 tiene un gran ventanal pero no es exterior, da al interior del edificio de acceso a las habitaciones. En la tercera planta hay una terraza con una pequeña piscina, mesas y sillas. Si vienes en tren puedes llegar con el autobús 32 que vale 1'40€ por persona y te deja muy cerca.

Excelente ubicación , a pasos de restaurantes y atracciones como la catedral a 5 minutos...Gracias por el vino!

Loved our stay here. Fantastic position , quiet and well staffed. Rooms are well set out and comfortable.

I really like this hotel. I thought it was very clean and neat. It is pretty tiny so it’s very quiet, but it’s very central to the main things around Sevilla. It’s walkable to wherever you want to go and the airport is only like 15 minutes away via taxi. One thing that I would comment on is that if you go in the spring like March to April and the weather outside it’s a little bit cold, their AC is central so it might be hot for you in the room but because it’s cold outside for them, they won’t turn on the AC. That’s the only thing that I would comment on we were a little bit hot in the room because it was technically cold outside, but the hotel is pretty closed off and so it wasn’t really cold in the room so that would be my only complaint.

Uber & ride shares cannot drop you off at front of hotel: it’s in a steer/alley where cars can’t drive. So you will have to walk with your luggage for a little bit. Everything else was great!

Great location … room clean but very dark … fridge very noisy needed ear plugs … pool not open due to maintenance was not informed of this at any point during booking or stay .. advertised reception manned 24 hours but no one on on evening or early morning

Well located and lovely hotel. Clean and smart. Got a message asking if I wanted room servicing. They do as much or as little as you want. Good amenities in the room- pod coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave. Friendly staff. The pool was not open till April, but that's no deal breaker. The fridge could be loud, but I just used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping.

Excellente localisation et amabilité du personnel… mais immense déception pour la chambre. Pour un séjour d‘une semaine, une chambre sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur mais sur un patio sombre, ce fût décevant et pénible. Pas de table ou de bureau. Je ne recommande pas, ce ne sont pas des conditions correctes pour un séjour d‘une semaine.

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Excelente localización y céntrico. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. A pesar de estar en la primera planta cerca del lobby y puerta de entrada no tuvimos ruidos que nos molestaran. De verdad muy buena experiencia! Recomendado!

Cuándo llegue a las 14:45 me dieron la habitación, cuando subí, me encontre con la camarera de pisos que me indicó muy amable que le quedaba un rato para terminar.Cuando baje a recepcion a decirle que por favor solucionara la situación, me dijo que tenia que esperar y que la culpa era mia por no haber puesto hora de llegada. A las 14:45 pido el libro de reclamaciones y me dicen que espere que tiene que ver que ha pasado. La respuesta del hotel es que el check in es "a partir de las 14" le digo que la habitación ha estado a las 15:08 y me dicen que ha estado a las 15, dejandome como un mentiroso. Me parece que hicieron bien poco por acomodarme en otra habitación y que los horarios están para cumplirlos.
