Friendly receptionist with a nice smile. Good location on the promenade - bus stop to Davos-Dorf just outside. Clean room with powerful shower and lovely balcony with table and chairs and a mountain view perfect to enjoy a hot/cold drink after a day's skiing/hiking. All in all, a very nice stay - thank you and hope to be back again :)

Sauberes, ruhiges, ordentliches, grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich und hat ohne zu zögern ein Zustellbett ergänzt. Frühstücksauswahl eher klein, aber es reicht. Sehr leckere Produkte. Lage und Parkgarage sensationell. Sehr gerne wieder.

Ich kam spät an und obwohl die Reception nicht mehr besetzt war, hat alles bestens geklappt (mit Code für Schlüsseltresor). Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Bedienung am Morgen sehr freundlich. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank!

Nur der frühe Checkout von 10:00 Uhr ist nicht so ideal…

Davos is expensive! No surprise there, I know, but I expected a little more from the hotel for the amount we paid. The good: It's a walk of under 10 minutes from the train station, ski lifts, stores and restaurants. The room was very clean and quiet. Nice towels. Glasses (not cups), which is good for the environment Could be improved: The curtains are thin and don't block the street lamps. The shower is a standing stall in the corner of the bathroom with a curtain and a shallow bottom, so it soaks the floor. We requested that our room be cleaned because we were almost out of toilet paper, but the housekeeper didn't add any paper and we had to ask for it at the front desk. No kettle, coffee or tea. Toiletries are in individual plastic bottles rather than eco-friendly dispensers. Note that the front desk is not staffed for parts of the day, so if you arrive earlier than expected, you have to call (which we couldn't, as we had no cell service and the staff wasn't on WhatsApp).

Nina war sehr Kundenfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist zentral. Das Zimmer ist prima eingerichtet und verfügt dazu noch über einen Balkon. Die Tiefgarage haben wir sehr geschätzt und ebenfalls der Lift. Es war uns wohler als am nächsten Tag noch weitere Gäste im Haus waren. Vorher hat es sich sehr eigenartig angefühlt.... Das Frühstück war gut und für uns sehr praktisch.

Lift Kaputt, beim Raum im 5. OG war das echt mühsam. Generell eher 80er Standard.

Bem próximo da estação central e do lift de ski, poucos minutos andando! Vista maravilhosa da montanha e café da manhã sensaciona! Recepciona muito gentil e solícita! Pontos de observação: É ruim pra puxar malas da estação pro hotel e vice versa no inverno, aconselho taxi! Check in e checkout com Horários bem Reduzidos

Wir waren in dem grossen Hotel die einzigen Gäste. Es fühlte sich unheimlich an, gruselig, klamm. Der Frühstückraum war im Keller, klamm, kalt, unfreundlich. Wlan funktionierte nicht. Als wir um 1530 ankamen war eine Oeltanklieferung angesagt und es gab kein warmes Wasser, also keine Dusche. Kein Hotel, das wir wieder buchen würden.

Es war zu heiss in den Zimmer aber in general es was super gut
