오래되고 작은 방이 었지만, 잘 관리된 곳입니다. 특히 식사가 깔끔하고 휼륭했의요.

플롬에서 자고 싶어 조금 비싸더라도 뷰 좋은 heimly 예약했는데 체크인 때 저녁 식사 시간 묻길래 미리 체크인때 말해야한다는 안내 1도 안받았는데 아직 생각 안했다니 불친절한 대답이 돌아옴 그래서 얼른 정해서 알려주고 숙소에 들어왔더니 벽이 울리고 윗층에서 일부러 발구르는듯한 큰 소음이 계속 남 밖에 구경하고 저녁 식사 전 1시간정도 계속 방에 있었는데 진심 계속나서 카운터에 문의했더니 양해나 설명 없이 무슨소리를 말하는건지 모르겠다함. 그래서 아무 조치를 취해줄수없냐 물으니 그제서야 사람들이 다니는 소리일 것 같고 밤엔 안날것으로 기대한다고 해서 그냥 밤에 또 나면 얘기하겠다하고 마무리지음 얘기 듣고 저녁식사하러 가서 보니 2층 3층 로비? 사람 지나갈때마다 건물이 울림 이소리였구나 싶어 의문이 풀렸으나 태도가 마음에 안들었음 (저녁때는 실제로 줄어들었지만 사람들 웃음소리가 11시까지 크게 들려도 제제 없고새벽 6시쯤부터 쿵쿵소리 다시시작) 이번 여행 숙소 중 제일 비싼 방이였는데 제일 최악의 경험이였음 (소음에 둔한 스타일이라 noisy하다는 리뷰 무시했는데 이건 소음을 넘어섬 여기 묵으셔야하는 분이면 저녁식사 시간 이후 방에 들어가는걸 추천) 체크아웃할때 직원은 다른사람이였는데 훨씬 친절했던걸 보아 특정 직원의 태도로 보임

Small inn within 5 minute walking distance from Flam railway station. Room very basic but clean. Superb view on the fjord. Excellent dinner and adequate breakfast buffet. Would go back.

I booked the hotel because it was the least expensive option. The only other choice was $1000 a night. This hotel was $600 a night. Yes, breakfast and dinner are included, but dinner is a set menu so if you don’t like what they’re serving, you were kind of out of luck. It was fine, but nothing great. The room itself was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in, ever. It was tiny, even by European standards, with hardly any space to put luggage or unpack. The bathroom was the size of a half bath with a sink and a toilet in their normal spots and the shower right between them. When you took a shower, it flooded the entire bathroom, even though there is a weird plastic protector, it does nothing to stop the water from shooting out all over the place. The positive reviews seem to be about the view , and yes it is lovely from out on the front patio. But the view is pretty lovely from anywhere in Flom, as long as there isn’t a big cruise ship docked! The only reason I gave this hotel two stars is because they were nice enough to let me have breakfast at their sister property because I had an early train out and I was gonna miss the buffet at the hotel. Otherwise it would have been one star

We really enjoyed our stay at Heimly. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! We enjoyed sitting on the porch admiring the scenery! The walk town was about 10 minutes. We learned on our last trip into town that you can walk along the boardwalk by the fjord instead of taking the road. With luggage, this is a much better option. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available if you arrive prior to room availability. Highly recommend.

This is a bed and breakfast style accommodation, not a 4-5star hotel. The rooms are compact yet comfortable and the staff very attentive. The half board option is excellent, and location just perfect.

Nice views, great staff. Food is wonderful. Don't order anything extra at dinner because it costs you (small coke $8). LGTBQ flag got in the way of the nice views of the fjord.

Maintenance required for front steps. Broken and chipped slate tiles. Dangerous for travellers carrying suitcases. Room good size for solo traveller, Single bed very small, children's size. Poor and inadequate furnishings. Small and minimum. Communication could be better, as never advised that alcohol with supplied dinner was charged for. Very expensive, and poor value for mkney

Great breakfast!

Staff was kind. A bit of a walk from the center of the town. Also needs an elevator.

Our room was above the kitchen so the bathroom always smelled like food.

A delightful stay. The staff were kind and helpful. Dinner was included, which was a nice bonus after a day exploring the fjords. Would be challenging for folks with mobility issues--no elevator, and stairs to enter the building and to reach the second floor. Be sure to ask for a hair drier the night before if you are up before the desk opens at 7:30 pm. A lovely place experience in a breathtaking location 10 minutes from the Flam ferries and railroad.

The Heimly was great. It was located close to everything. The staff was great, breakfast & dinner were delicious. Most importantly, the view was amazing.

Breakfast and dinner were included. Both were delicious and well planned and plentiful. The room view was absolutely breathtaking. This is very close to to the “main” center but offset by the marina with a direct look at the fjord. Much better option than the other big properties we searched.

Included meals were excellent, and view was unbelievable. Nice to be a short walk away from the main harbor area

The Heimly staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Our room had gorgeous views of the fjords. Breakfast was excellent, and the three-course vegetarian dinner that the chef prepared for us was the best meal we had on our trip to the Scandinavian countries.

Beautiful bed & breakfast. Very homely. Staff was very kind and generous. They let us store our bags after check out & we spent some time at the place while waiting for our train. Had access to WC, tea/ coffee. The place was very clean. Breakfast & dinner are included. The dinner was delicious. They even accommodated our request for a vegetarian dinner- beetroot soup, mushroom risotto & dessert! Only note - It’s a good 10 - 12 min walk from the ferry/ train station. You have to carry your suitcases over steps (the staff kindly helped with that). And the room/ bathroom is very tiny - barely room to open the bags.

stunning fjord views! Both dinner and breakfast are included. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms might be considered small and basic, but you're really here for the location and the view. Be sure to book a room with a view. It's amazing!
