직원분들 정말 친절하고 좋았습니다. 거주자 구역 안에 있어서 조용하고 유료이긴 하지만 주차도 편안했습니다. 위치가 좋은 곳을 우선으로 에약 했는데 만족스러운 선택이었어요

아주 넓고 쾌적하고 좋아요 히터도 잘 되고 에어컨도 잘됩니다 식기세척기도 있고 전용 세제도 구비되어있어서 마트에서 이것저것 해먹었지만 조식이 최곱니다 계란 후라이가 진짜 맛있어요.. 요거트도 진짜 맛있어요 사우나도 진짜 최고였구요 다들 가세요 팔마 시내랑도 가까워서 왔다갔다 산책겸 좋아요~~~~

Perfect stay

This was my second time staying and it’s hands down one of my favorite places in Mallorca. The staff is incredible and the apartments are perfect.

Everything was great all staff fantastic food excellent air conditioning in our room a bit noisy

The property is located within easy walking distance from great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Easy cab or bus ride to great beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great room that was clean, spacious, and has a full kitchen. It was centrally located and was within walking distance to most attractions.

Excellent séjour, l’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel très agréable. Notre duplex était spacieux et très cosy. La Plaza Mayor à quelques minutes, la cathédrale également. C’est un lieu idéal où sejourner.

Service was impeccable & im big on bed & pillow comfort. Bed & pillows were wonderful. Would stay again.

Suites are spacious enough. Fully equipped kitchen which is refreshed daily. Concierge staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A lovely spacious suite, comfortable and beautifully decorated in the ideal location to enjoy the historic centre of Palma. The welcome we received on check in from Lorena was warm and efficient and she took time to share her personal recommendations to ensure we got the most from our visit. Highly Recommended.

Separate yet attached to a fabulous hotel. Pay for the breakfast - it's worth every penny. Staff incredibly attentive. Property in wonderful location.
