Excelente servicio, todo está muy limpio.

La habitación muy bien, sólo que no le comentan que sólo en la bienvenida dan botellas de agua, sería oportuno que lo hicieran saber, para tenerlo en cuenta. El joven que estaba en recepción, fue un poco grosero al decir que sólo el primer día daban agua y que si queríamos, pues vendian. Eso fue la segunda noche.

Los colchones están muy malos

La señora rosa es súper lo único malo fue que los 7 días que estuvimos en el hotel no funcionaba un elevador

The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor.

Only one elevator working
