We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy parking, convenient location, room is clean and properly maintained

Basic accommodations. Clean rooms. Breakfast was included though the food was depleted by the time we came down to eat.

In the room, the mattress on the bed was in terrible condition, in dire need of replacement. The included breakfast was substandard. Advertised photos showed fruit salad as well as bacon. Neither item was available. The sausages were next to inedible as they appeared to have been boiled but not grilled. For the cost of a two night stay, we were disappointed and not satisfied. We would not recommend this property.

We had a nice stay at the Fairfield Inn. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool facilities were pristine

Nice evening staff and lots of parking. We had a great stay.

The 2 reading lights on the bed were not working. The plug in the bath tub would not stay down, so it made it hard to have a bath. The temperature control knob on the fridge was not there.

Clean room and property. The beds in our room were soft and had no support. We had a terrible nights sleep both nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main roads and highway. We could walk to the lakeshore area within 15 minutes, which was great. Breakfast was okay but not great. You can’t expect much given the mass feeding situation. The exercise room was adequate and we did one workout during our two night stay. Due to the soft bed, we would not stay here again.

Stopped here 3 times would not stop anywhere else when in Penticton.

The stay was good. Bed chesterfield not good. Mattress is too weak you could feel the springs coming through while sleeping

Room was awesome!, 2 TV’s ,very modern and clean. .Staff were great as expected. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and had great options. Parking was totally free which was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It is a hotel with not a lot of character HOWEVER I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were roomy. The beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Staff helpful. The gym had everything you needed. The breakfast was good - had something for everyone. One of us is gluten free and one dairy free and there were lots of options. Oh and the bath products were lovely as well.
