이탈리안식당에서의 저녁식사는 만족스러웠습니다. 뷔페식은 다른 후기에서처럼 가격 대비 한정적인 음식에 먹을만한 게 다양하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁 특별식사도 2박 이상 머물러야 1번 먹을 수 있는 게 아쉽습니다. 저녁 특별식 사전예약을 좀 더 전산화하여 체크인하면서도 신청할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 수영장 외 즐길 수 있는 것이 없어서 많이 심심했습니다. 직원들은 친절하였습니다.

숙소에 들어가자 바닦에 물이 많이 떨어져 있었다. 에어컨 고장이었다. 에어컨은 그 후로 여러번 고장나 기계를 다 분해하고 고치는 일도 있었다. 호텔에선 사과한마디 없었다. 개미가 너무많아 침대위까지 올라왔다. 저녁식사와 아침식사 수준이 싸구려 뷔페 수준이다. 수영장의 월풀은 모두 작동하지 않는다. 환불을 받고 싶지만 컴플레인 할 수 있는 창구나 권한있는 메니저도 없었다.

전체적으로 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 나폴리 레스토랑 음식은 꽤 좋았습니다. 단, 뷔페음식은 종류를 조금 더 다양화 시킬 필요는 있어 보입니다. 직원들이 매우 친절해서 참 좋았습니다.

Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to help. Additionally, one staff member was not very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the entertainment activities. There was a game where guests had to name things such as countries, fruits, and other categories, but it was conducted entirely in Spanish. While I understand that many guests speak Spanish, it would be nice if activities were also offered in English or made bilingual so that English-speaking guests can fully participate and feel included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the food and oceanfront atmosphere, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest services and inclusivity during activities.

Lindas instalaciones, el personal de servicio amable pero no me gusta la parte all inclusive porque la calidad de la comida y las bebidas deja mucho que desear. Además no me parece que solo hayan 2 restaurantes con comida especial y si uno no alcanzó cupo no tiene derecho a entrar y finalmente todo eso se está pagando. Además si es all inclusive no entiendo porque las bebidas del mini refrigerador en la habitación si tendrían un costo adicional.

Charged for a massage I didn’t get. Claimed I was late but the masseuse acted like she didn’t have the appointment and lied. No cleaning room service. No English speaking. Stole my body spray. Front desk was extremely rude. Dining staff seemed irritated.

Parking was easy and secured, excellent service, very attentive and friendly, easy access

Muy limpio todo y muy amable el personal Es mi segunda vez que voy y es mi favorito lo único que esta vez no me gustó que no me dieron bonita vista al mar y también la comida del buffet. No tenían mucho era bien poco lo que tenían. Eso es todo

Staff is really friendly and welcoming

El personal no fue lo que esperabamos, el piso de la habitacion se sentia sucio que no pudimos andar descalsos, el baño olía a usado con un olor no agradable, agua solo caliente, en la mañana salio agua cafes del grifo, comida cruda, Reservamos en el restaurante Napoli y nos entregaron un papel con el "reglamento" de conducta del restaurante donde decia claramente que no se permitia hablar alto y cuando llegamos la gente estaba gritando y nos quejamos con el personal y no hicieron nada y nosotros llevabamos a nuestro bebe dormido, ni platicar podiamos del escandalo que habia. La verdad para los 610$ de 3 dias 2 noches que no es barato fue una desepcion para lo que uno esta esperando.
