Coffee bar had limited staff which made for slow service for a cup of coffee , noisy doors slamming shut and kids running around outside of their rooms during sleeping hours . Overall was not a positive experience

Had a nice stay here but had a very noisy person staying above me so all I would hear is them jumping and moving all night above my bed very annoying!

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff who checked us in around midnight was very welcoming.

Very well kept property. Rooms very clean, beds comfy and service was great! Perfect area with restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Traveled with spouse for a family function. Checked in late Friday and was due to check out on Sunday. The stay was so peaceful and relaxing we decided to book an extra day! Thank you for the great hospitality. We plan to visit next month and will stay here at the Courtyard Marriott Charlotte Steele Creek.

Wonderful stay! I first stopped here as a layover during a road trip and enjoyed it so much that I stayed again on my return trip. I made sure to take full advantage of the amenities this time—modern and comfortable lounging areas, a great pool and poolside setup, a nice bar and restaurant for all meals, and lovely sleeping quarters. The hotel truly delivers on comfort and style. Plus, being right across from the outlet mall is such a bonus—you really can’t beat that!
