Rundum gutes Hotel!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight: lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern, stilvoll und sehr einladend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der kleine, aber feine Spa-Bereich mit dem beheizten Outdoor-Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zudem haben wir uns über ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gefreut, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich toll. Frühstück, das gebuchte Zimmer alles wirklich sehr gut, bis auf die sehr unbequemen, weichen Betten.

Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Mischung aus Skifahren, Sauna, Pool und sehr leckeres Essen war super. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Çok temiz kahvaltısı ve hizmeti çok iyi olan bir otel. Çalışanlar yardımcı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Öneririz.

Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Standard Doppelzimmer mit HP zu Gast. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut: das Zimmer war hell, geräumig für 2 Personen und sauber. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, der Wellnessbereich schön gestaltet. Das Abendessen (4 Gänge) war immer sehr lecker und auch beim Frühstück war die Auswahl groß, dass jeder etwas findet. aber bei ein paar Kleinigkeiten hatten wir etwas höhere Erwartungen an ein 4 Sternehotel: Die Matratze war sehr weich und durchgelegen (was aber Geschmacksache ist), der Frühstücksraum ist eher praktisch als einladend und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet, beim Frühstück gab es keine frischen Eierspeisen, Rührei, Speck und Pancakes wurden gefühlt ein Mal zubereitet und lagen dann im Behälter bis zum Ende. Die Sauna war erst ab 15 Uhr geöffnet, für ein Wellnesshotel nach meinem Geschmack etwas spät. Und es hat im Ruheraum vor den Saunen gehallt, wenn im Pool Bereich geredet wurde. Aber im Gesamtpaket hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub

We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Balcony with a nice view, a heated swimming pool(albeit not so big) and well taken care of Sauna section. Breakfast was good, with multiple options, but as the place itself is not so big, neither are the eating options. Parking outside was good (did not see the garage), lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, well connected (as wellas a small touristy area can be) and worst case is a 45 minute walk to Zell am see center. We enjoyed out stay and would come back for another visit

Beautiful hotel, lovely views. Great place for a summer holiday. Lots to do in the mountains and a very bustling lively little town. Plenty for adults and kids entertainment wise. Rooms very modern, really clean. Lovely pool. Really nice food. Would definitely return.

We stayed at elements for three nights and were upgraded to a terrace apartment when we arrived. A lovely surprise room and facilities was superb especially the spa area and the outdoor pool. Great breakfast as well and fantastic bar man who my partner befriended on the trip. We decided at last minute to extend our stay in Zell am See after falling in love with the place and thought we would try another hotel but it we stayed in the grand and it did not compare to elements. By far the best hotel in Zell am see

Fantastic accommodation. Not in the centre of town but the free train and bus via the Summer card made travel around the area easy.
