The hotel was nice, clean and most importantly, close to the path station which made it very convenient for us to commute to New York.

편안한 침구, 뛰어난 접근성, 친철한 서비스 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 단, 커넥팅룸은 방음이 잘 안됩니다.

There facilities are nice, has great interiors but low of customer services. We went out on 10:00 am and came back to hotel on 7:00pm after finishing our schedule last night, but they DIDN'T CLEANED the room. So we asked them to sweep and clean the room and they said they are busy during the day so they couldn't clean the room today. WHAT??? What else does the hotel have to do if it's not cleaning during the day? They even felt that sorry. I have traveled around the world many times and have been to a lot of hotels, this is the worst servive I've ever had.

맨하튼의 접근성이 매우 좋음. WTC역까지 PATH train을 통하여 두 정거장. 너무나 용이... 모든 시설이 클린, 직원분들의 친절함도 ... 뉴욕 재 방문 및 주위 사람들에게 반드시 추천하고 싶은 호텔 임..

I attended an early Fourth of July event at the Statue of Liberty, held at Liberty State Park, and staying at this hotel made it very convenient. After the event, I requested a late checkout, and they kindly allowed me to stay until 1 PM. This extra time gave me the opportunity to rest and freshen up before heading back to Brooklyn. Friendly staff, great location, spacious room, and comfortable bed

Modern and contemporary hotel with a large lobby. Limited dining option, and no pool, but rooms are spacious and the beds/pillows are super-comfortable. The best part is the staff! Very attentive and cordial.

Hotel interior design is good rooms are spacious , wish we have microwave or kettle in the room. We had a good stay at the Canopy Hilton.

Excellent rooms and very cool lobby/community areas

I chose to stay here while visiting my son, who lives a block away. So, location was my No. 1 reason for choosing this hotel. However, after staying here, I would definitely come back just for the shower and spacious, quiet, immaculate room. The restaurant's menu offers a nice variety of well-priced dishes, and the service Is fantastic.
