Perfect property for a stop on a roadtrip. We aren’t looking for anything upscale, but this is always takes care of us very well. Clean, big rooms, new finishes and sheets. All that we could ask for on our way west.

Nocw breakfast

Nice location, clean, very comfy beds and pillows, great staff, great breakfast. I’ll be back!

Very nice extended stay option in the West Des Moines area. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Did not access the pool,. The gym was adequate. The room has a comfortable bed and couch, pull out table, great storage, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, and full refrigerator. I would definitely recommend staying there, and will book a return visit in the near future.

Tub would not drain

The rooms were great - you had everything you needed and more. Breakfast was wonderful !

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have expected and offered minimal toiletries. Breakfast was better than expected.

Had a great stay.

We had a 2 night stay. A colony of ants descended upon our room Saturday morning, attracted by a ziplog bag near the window containing a tube of toothpaste. They quickly spread to the bed and other locations in the room. We reported this immediately and the clerk at the front desk took pictures, apologizing profusely. The hotel was able to get another room for us, with just one bed, for our second night, We were visiting family in town so the kids were able to bunk with their cousins. We were happy to be able to continue with our plans. Since our new room was currently occupied we packed everything up and stashed it in the car for the day, inspecting everything and shaking it out in the parking lot. Imagine my surprise when we returned later in the day and it was explained to me that the manager, who never spoke to me, had inspected the room only to find no ants, and instructed the young man at the front desk to ask me if it was at all possible that we had somehow brought them along with us? Hundreds of ants. That we had presumably somehow packed up again and removed from the room? Um, ok. I said that was not possible at all, and was then reassured that the manager would be "following up" with me on Monday to discuss the issue. I had planned to suggest calling their pest control service. It's Wednesday now and I've had no contact from the hotel. I did however get prompted to leave a review about my experience, so here it is.

Everything was good minus a few things. We had a kitchen but no actuap pans. Just frying pans. We only had 1 spoon. Luckily that didn't matter. The handle had to be held down to flush. Unfortunately my son clogged the toilet because of that. They did have a plunger at the front desk. For what we needed it worked. The breakfast was good. I would recommend staying there.

Great location near my event. Hotel is well maintained and serviced. Thanks to Chris at the front desk.

Clean and updated. We had trouble getting our television to work in the evening. Front desk came up and we worked it out. The pool area is a lot smaller than it looks on the website - and VERY warm. If you like a hot tub, you'll love it! Breakfast was wonderful - many choices - all good! Overall, nice place to stay.

Change rooms 3 times plumbing issues

Checkin was quick and easy. Beautiful new hotel with a pool. Gas Station and McDonald’s close by!

Nice staff, great location, great room, comfortable beds. What I didn’t realize was that they don’t clean your room daily. Had to make a request for towels.

The facilities were a bit tired. But totally functional. Staff was great.
