Clean, comfortable, amazing staff, family fin in the lobby

The cleanliness qnd upkeep of the hotel is quite lacking. The public area furniture was stained and one of the two only pool sticks was broken at the tip. However the staff was verily friendly and the breakfast was good.

Need to create accessible rooms

Good location

Clean, great bath, black out shades a plus. Person upstairs must have had a kid doing gymnastics. Floors w/o carpet = sound magnified. No info in rm. about tv operation. With no ice bucket that indicates no ice service. No reading lamp beside beds on the inside. Small lights above bed dim & can’t reach while in bed. I am in my mid 70’s & the ability to easily turn on a light a safety feature in an unfamiliar place.

Exceptional service from the time you check in to you leave. This is the 4th time I stayed at this hotel it’s always clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay and this was our first time staying at a Tru. Robert, the front desk agent who checked me in, was super nice and you could tell he enjoys what he does. Very accommodating and kind. The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was nice. Pancakes, omelets, sausage, oatmeal, different varieties of cereal, and an assortment of bagels and bread to toast. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to pay $75.00 upon arrival for a pet fee. We have a small shihtzu who is hypoallergenic, so that rate seemed quite a bit. Should be based on size and type of pet. Will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Check in was slower than usual because clerk had trouble finding my reservation. I'm not sure why. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although they were somewhat tiny. Breakfast was very good. The motel was very convenient to I-26 and retail shopping. I would consider staying there again the next time that I am in Spartanburg.

Hi, this was a very nice stay. Only comment was the lack of and placement in f the lighting in the room. The sconce lights should be on the other side of the beds over the nightstand. Breakfast was great and staff nice

The room is smaller than expected.

Very clean facility; like the amenities in the room. Several customers including us had issues with digital keys and key cards.

Nearby area not the greatest - little run down but the Mall is close by.

This is our go-to place to stay when we are in Spartanburg for volleyball tournaments. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. 10/10

The facility was great. Unfortunately, there was a basketball tournament in town. Paper thin walls and wild loud kids turned into a long night, no sleep. The staff was great trying to keep them quiet. But as mentioned, paper-thin walls didnt help.

Clean, no carpet, good breakfast, great location. Rob was very friendly and helpful when we couldn't get the TV working.

During breakfast, the housekeeper was sweeping hard, making a lot of noise. Then would hear her complain to another employee about her job. The cleaning doesn't need to be done at peak breakfast time.

Well lady at front desk was nice but went down hill from there. Someone else was in the room we were assigned and then they had to send us to another hotel. Least we had a place to stay but was just all and all very inconvenient. Just this whole town however is a little trashy and run down. Not impressed at all and would like a room compt for my trouble.
