The location is very strategic, very near station, only 5 minutes to get to JR Hamamatsucho Station & Tokyo Subway Daimon Station that can get you anywhere to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza & Asakusa, including the monorail that goes into Haneda Airport in only 18-20 minutes. There are also a lot of food chains around this area, Coco Ichibanya, Mos Burger, McDonalds, Yakiniku like etc, 7/11, Lawson and Family Mart also easily found. Everything was great! The hotel was modern, the lobby is great with lots of tables & chairs for you to chill, and also the best part is you can go to the rooftop and see the Tokyo Tower! Although the room was quite small, very hard to open 2 luggage at the same time, but it's okay, we are also going out every day anyway!

The staff was not too friendly, the room is so small.
