White and tall staff working at reception in the morning need to trained in kindness . In the Room is very clean but there are no any amenity.

Fantastic, fun hotel in the midst of Kirchberg, 2 minutes walk from Philhamonie tram stop, 16 minutes from the airport and 10 into the Grund. Very quirky, with lots of little touches and an excellent bar. Sunday brunch is a must, as is the boulangerie, which serves excellent coffee and a range of delicious pastries. You must try the raspberry croissant - it's sublime! Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back!

Das Zimmer war makellos, allerdings kritisiere ich den Teppichboden und dass die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind. Alles andere ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet :)

Super chic place to stat

Hôtel au top. Une déco top, personnel au top. Tout était parfait. Parking haut si grosse voiture. Les chambres sont insonorisées. Le tram est en face, il est gratuit dans toute la ville, et super simple à prendre.

L’ambiance, le staff et la qualité du petit déjeuner en font un hôtel agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Buiten het lawaai van dj op vrijdagavond ( stopte wel stipt middernacht) was het heel stil. Geen gehoor van andere gasten , douches , toiletten enz. Het ontbijt is super.

Room was clean. Hotel is modern and funky.

Trendiges Hotel mit cooler Ausstattung. Tolles Personal an Reception und Frühstücksraum. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen regionalen und biologischen Produkten. In paar Minuten bei Tramhaltestelle und ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum. Parkhaus direkt im Haus.

Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO. Localização boa. Quartos grandes mas as camas podiam ser mais confortáveis.

Tout était parfait ! Personnel adorable , extrême propreté ( rarement vue ailleurs ), chambre magnifiquement décorée et literie très confortable ! Et petit déjeuner buffet succulent avec un très large choix + excellentes viennoiseries ! We love’s Mama shelter too ❤️ ! Toute une expérience 🤩

There was an awful smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done about it. I later discovered it was the shower drain but the smell was pungent

Quarto e banheiro muito bons, porém com acústica um pouco ruim. Dá para ouvir os passos do quarto em cima. Atendimento excelente. Tive um problema e me ajudaram prontamente. Áreas comuns bonitas e bem cuidadas. Vários transportes na porta.
