로마 시내인 것과 가격을 감안 해야겠지만 방이 너무 좁습니다. 다른 호텔은 생수 1병이 1유로인 반면에 3유로를 받습니다. 시티tax를 현금으로만 받습니다.

The female staff was so unfriendly when checking in. No service mind at all. And there was no slippers in room. So I went to the check-in place and asked, and she didn't know what slippers were. The room was normal and the ventilation in the bathroom was too loud. And breakfast was from 8 am..Usually, it's 7 o'clock at the other hotel. Looking at why it's 8 o'clock, the restaurant was out of the building and it was the restaurant next to it. And it was not a buffet, it was two breads, one jam, a little bit of fruit. It was a very different hotel than I thought. If you want to stay here, please keep that in mind.

가구가 금이 가있고 커텐은 일부가 떨어진 방을 받았다. 에어컨은 문을 열면 조용한데 문을 닫으면 공사중인것처럼 덜덜거렸다.윗층 소음이 그대로 들림. 귀마개를 하고 잤음. 침대와 린넨은 청결한편. 수건도 매일 줌. 위치와 가격이 장점.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay has been absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very modern and cozy. The rooms were cleaned daily. Upon arrival, we were greeter by a lively reception man. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is very handy as its close to all thmain

We were greeted with excellent location ideas and a clean room and access information. The hotel was a block away from the train station and within walking distance for all our Rome activities.

Primeira vez em Roma e gostei bastante da hospedagem! O quarto era bom, espaçoso e confortável. O mais legal é que, mesmo sem ter aquela plaquinha de “limpar o quarto ou não”, eles faziam a limpeza todos os dias, trocavam as toalhas e deixavam tudo bem arrumado, um cuidado que fez bastante diferença. A localização também é ótima, próxima à estação Termini, o que facilitou muito o deslocamento. Há bastante comércio e restaurantes por perto. Achei a região um pouco mais periférica em comparação a outras partes da cidade, mas o local é tranquilo e seguro. Gostamos muito do atendimento de um dos rapazes da recepção, infelizmente não perguntamos o nome dele. Foi super prestativo, percebeu que éramos brasileiros e fez questão de falar em português conosco. Ainda nos mostrou no mapa os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Muito simpático, está de parabéns! Por outro lado, a moça da recepção não foi tão simpática. Fomos em outro dia para pagar a taxa municipal e ela não tinha troco, reclamou e ficou de cara fechada. Meu esposo acabou trocando o dinheiro por educação. Achei chato, porque foi o único dos quatro países que visitamos em que a taxa só podia ser paga em dinheiro, e o valor não é tão baixo para precisar estar com esse montante em espécie. De qualquer forma, recomendo a hospedagem, principalmente pela localização, pela limpeza e pelo atendimento do rapaz. E vale muito a pena jantar no restaurante ao lado,o senhor italiano que atende é super simpático e acolhedor!

The AC did not work well (room 305) and had to ask for toilet paper.

Room was very clean, and very basic as a place to sleep after lots of sightseeing. One staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, and one was so aloof, I need to find a another word. Very close to Termini station, which was convenient, and 15-20 minute walk to many sights. Both nights were a bit noisy in the corridor, which woke both me and my children. So very basic, but clean, if you’re on a budget.

The highlight of this property is its location.3-4 minutes to/from Termini station is the part. There is a small elevator makes moving luggage up and down a lot easier. The 24 hour front desk was also a plus. The only downside is the room suite door keeps hitting the floor making loud sound.

Very friendly staff. Small room which was fine with us. So close to the train station. We would stay there again.

Property was close to the train station and was close to all the major sites. The staff was very friendly.
