A nicer HIE. No issues. A little chsllenging to pull out onto a 55mph busy highway but otherwise nicely placed between Buffalo and Lockport.

I have just had a horrible experience at your Lockport NY location. I booked a stay this past weekend for my mother who has Stage 4 breast cancer. Upon check out they charged me $75 claiming my mother made a hole in the wall. My mother can barely walk, let alone put a hole in drywall! The staff was incredibly rude, and refused to waive the $75 fee. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received, and will never book with them again!! Shame on this hotel!!

Property was nice. The parking lot filled up fast and there were some weird plumbing noises during the night. Also the temperature in the room was hard to adjust and get comfortable. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room was big and clean!

Excelent please

Everything was wonderful, excellent, just perfect. The hotel is newly opened. Our one night stay made our whole trip to Niagara Falls, perfect. My husband was in “hog heaven.” The attendance were awesome, the breakfast was great, freshly brewed coffee machine, warm, cinnamon rolls. My two regrets are not on Wednesday, and having to leave.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We only wish the pool had stayed open later than 10. We had been traveling all day and my children were looking forward to swimming, but unfortunately some traffic delays got us to the hotel at 9:40. Not many options for food in the area past 9pm. The hotel was clean and decently priced, so we would recommend staying here.

The room was one of the nicer rooms i've stayed in. It was huge. The water pressure in the shower was not good. But the shower itself was very clean.

Highly recommended! The hotel is clean and completely cozy. Ten out of ten — we would definitely come back.

Great stay. Clean and comfy.only problem area is entryway, overflowing trash cans and cigarette buts everywhere. Would stay again.
