위치, 청결도, 시설 모든 면에서 만족했습니다. 체크인시 연락에 문제가 발생했으나 즉시 대처해 주어서 문제가 발생하지 않았고 그 이후로도 지속적으로 소통하려는 노력을 보여주어 매우 만족했습니다. 다음에 다시 코펜하겐에 방문한다면 다시 이용하겠습니다.

Perfekt läge, nära till de flesta sevärdheterna. Mycket restauranger i närheten. Perfekt för mig och familjen.

It is good location. Staff is very friendly. We had some challenges checking in as we were not able to open the link sent by the apt hotel. Take long time to work with Expedia and the hotel staff. The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…

El apartamento está perfecto, la ubicación excelente, justo en el centro de todo, cerca hay supermercado, farmacias, restaurantes. El edificio está lindo y muy útil, hay centro de lavado. Lo único a mejorar es la regadera, porque la cortina que tiene no cubre y se moja todo.

Vi hade en fantastisk vindslägenhet för 4 personer. Rent och fräscht, rekommenderas starkt! Det enda minuset är de höga kuddarna, men det är ju mer en smaksak vad man gillar.

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage. You can reach everything on foot. The room was very hot. Especially in the afternoon, the sun made the room very hot, and there should have been air conditioning. The whole bathroom gets wet when I shower. There should be a shower cabin in the bathroom.

Spacious accommodations with a kitchen and separate area with bed. It was in a good location and was clean and welcoming. There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. There are no elevators. So if you have anything that is heavy or have a mobility issue, I would suggest not staying here or checking to see if you can get a ground floor unit first. In the mornings, there was quite a bit of noise from the garbage/recycling collection. Didn’t last long but woke us up much earlier than we planned. The washroom is small as is the shower. No air conditioning! Just a fan. Found the hosts to be communicative and provided us check in info in lots of time before arrival which was nice.

We travelled with a baby and found these apartments had everything we needed for our stay. They are spacious, well maintained and in a perfect location - very central and close to the metro, lots of near by restaurants and cafes. Luggage storage is a great bonus. However during the night and in the very early morning there was a lot of noise that disturbed sleep due to the bins next to the apartment. We kept the windows closed but they are not sound proof. We had seen the previous review regarding the noise but we were surprised by how loud it was. The stairs are quite steep, we requested a lower level apartment and the first floor was manageable but I think be in any higher up would be a struggle with a baby / children. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Great location close to shopping streets and metro. Easy check in but no lifts in the property.

Excellent location, very close to both train and metro. Many restaurants and coffee places around. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the last floor so it was a challenge to bring the luggage up.

Great stay from start to finish. Communication before arrival was smooth and super responsive. The place is spotless and perfectly located, everything is within easy reach. We requested a baby crib and high chair, and both were ready in the room. The apartment is fully equipped (even a dishwasher, iron, and ironing board), which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Only thing to note: there’s no elevator and quite a few stairs, so if you’re coming with a stroller, go for a ground floor unit if available.

We are so happy with the appartement, Everything is great, we feel it's safe with all the codes. We were so happy to be able to wash our clothes after arriving from amsterdam. The spot is near lots of things to discover, all easy to go by foot.
