호수전망이 아니어서 실망됐어요 ㅠㅠ 아침조식후 공용테라스 차한잔으로 아쉬움을 달랬어요

직원들의 친절함이 매우 좋고, 시설도 매우 좋아요. 다만 침구류 및 욕조에 머리카락이 있었는데요, 직원들의 친절함으로 기분좋게 숙박하고 왔어요.

처음에 도착하자마자 웰컴드링크를 주심. 살짝 추운날이었는데 따뜻한 커피가 맛있었다. 조식은 평균 22프랑 정도로 가격대가 있지만 깔끔하고 맛있음. 가끔 1층 계단참에 카페에서 남은 빵을 무료로 두어서 유용하게 먹었음. 체크아웃할때도 물을 서비스로 주심 에어컨이 없다고 들어서 걱정했는데 8.18-22 숙박하기에 괜찮았음. 냉장고가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 층에 공용냉장고가 있음. 역에서 도보로 10분도 안걸리는듯. 경사도 체크아웃날 캐리어 밀며 올라갈만 했습니다 타 숙소보다 넓고 수납선반도 많아서 편하게 지냈음,(매트리스는 좀많이 푹신함) 깔끔한 화장실, 넓은테라스의 인상적인 뷰, 매우 친절한 직원들 덕분에 슈피츠에서 좋은기억 남기고 갑니다.

Bien oart apport prix et qualite

We had a lovely two night stay in the panoramic room overlooking Lake Thun. Nice to be able to open the windows to feel the breeze. No coffee machine in room but just outside in hallway able to make in the morning after 08:00 as machine is noisy. Lovely breakfast offered - one complete breakfast was enough for both my husband and I. Bought a tuna sandwich to go and it was excellent. There is a bus coming by every hour right in front or nextdoor to go the lake area or to the train station. Andrea who was managing the hotel was excellent and very helpful. She's a busy bee!!

Very cute hotel. We picked a room with a view. Totally worth it. Check in was great, given tons of information for the surrounding areas. Close to the train station. Little Greek restaurant which is 2 doors down was fantastic.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great! Convenient location in a small and quiet town. Highly recommend!

I loved this stay because it has an amazing view of the lake and mountains and because it felt like home! Positives: comfortable beds, spacious, kitchen and laundry available, cute decor, great breakfast, helpful staff. Staff recommendations to eat at Restaurant Krone was right on! We took advantage of the Thun area card at the Oberhofen castle, boating on Lake Thun, and visiting StBeatus Cave & waterfall, and Panoramabrücke in Sigriswil. Negative: for us, nothing! Some people may not like climbing stairs to their room but that’s why it has a great view.

I loooved staying there. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was delicious at the restaurant. The rooms we’re super clean and we had a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.

Das Personal war mega freundlich und das Frühstück war sensationell. Nur schon für das hat sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt, in Kombi mit dem Ausblick. Bei der Ankunft bekam ich ein upgrade von einem EZ zu einem DZ, leider nur mit Aussicht auf die Fahnenstange und Strasse. Die Einrichtung ist ganz nett in Shabby Chic, das Bad sehr alt und abgelebt, aber für 1-2 Nächte ganz ok.

Zimmer war sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr lecker und alles frisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Hotel ist zentral gelegen .
