Staff were lovely and the room was fabulous but unfortunately it was very cold in the room and took a long time to warm up.

Clean room, pleasant staff

Staff very courteous and helpful, bed comfortable but not the pillows. Decor was lovely and a super track facing room .However you can’t beat a premier inn for right room layout .The sink in the main room and separate toilet and separate shower did not work for us at all as a mother and son .No where to hook towel ,had to come out the shower walk in main room to grab your towel or take in the actual shower with you .I didn’t see on the menu in the restaurant there is a service charge .Breakfast was carnage but nice selection, long queue for cooked,run out of some of the juices and had to find someone to refill, run out of coffee and mugs and had to find staff member again .Overall it had ups and downs but would stay again because of location .

Quiet hotel, good food great rooms, excellent service.

Room spotless and had good quality amenities. One thing my partner did miss was some hot chocolate. I did try and suggest that was available for breakfast! Staff at the bar and breakfast appeared overwhelmed somewhat, with plates missing at breakfast and long waits at bar area in the evening.

Great venue to add to the overall experience

Hotel was great but the experience with Hotels.com was not. You should NOT add money to the invoice for NO REASON then respond badly when challenged. The hotel said that it had heard of this happening before with your site.

The room was spotless and had a great view of the track. Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We will stay at the hotel again.

Just didn’t have that Hilton feeli no! Air con was rubbish- cold all night unless hiding under duvet. Food variety awful esp Room service menu- who doesn’t have ice cream??? Box kitchen experience for breakfast!! My word abysmal and if that’s Hilton at Silverstone then you have a run for Your money compared to the lowest end budget hotels like Premier Inn and Travel Lodge. Hilton definitely lost its touch here!
