Had a great stay in this hotel. Though I did not really “stay” long because most of the time I was outside. But the staffs are all nice and friendly. Kudos

The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood. You need to get ready to walk if you want to go to to the busier place where you can eat and drink (makati ave). Just a 10-15min walk. We felt safe roaming around. The nearest restos are more of korean cuisines. So if you are into that, this is the perfect place for you. In terms of the hotel facilities and room itself. The deluxe queen room was clean and the interior was nice. The one downside, the shower heater was working in the afternoon but since the evening, it's not anymore. The amenities like like the toiletries are impressively complete. No ref and no blower. The breakfast meal was just ordinary but we were surprised that it was delivered on time. Overall, for the price and the location, it's worth the money. Definitely for recommendation.

The place is good. It is clean. Although there was a small insect crawling on the bed and mosquitoes in the room. Also the staffs creates too much noise when walking and opening the door of the rooms.

The best affordable stay so far around Makati. Very clean and smells great. Will be back for sure! Great staff too. Minimum observations: AC in room2008 is quite noisy and kind of bright during the day because of the glass embedded in the wall but the rest is great. Thank you Palm Rock and Traveloka.

Great location close to rockwell, with comfy beds though the breakfast can be better.
