La atención de las personas en front desk es muy buena, la ubicación inmejorable

La habitación no tenia aire acondicionado pero nos la cambiaron y todo bien

The room was very clean and organized. The lication is very good and safe with many options to eat. The staff were nice as well.

En la primera habitación no servía el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron a otra superior y el sanitario estaba tapado, lo arreglaron y se volvió a tapar, parecía tema de tuberia

Check in was quick, all was ready, room good, attention from everyone was great! Been there few times, always good.

Habitaciones amplias con todos los servicios de un departamento. El personal es muy amable. Excelente ubicación.

La ubicación es perfecta , solo dejar botellas de agua mas grandes .

The room was in good condition. The bathroom shower floor needed better cleaning. On checking in late we were not given details of the door digital lock so it took some fiddling until we received instructions the next day. There was no hot water the last two days. The staff did provide us with a room where we could shower the last day. The room had just been checked out from and had not been cleaned. There was one coffee pod provided when we arrived which was not replaced the next day. We needed to ask at the desk every day for a replacement. There were two towels provided and one rag. After three days we needed to ask for the towels to be replaced.

Too noisy (my room was facing the street) and Internet connection is intermittent making difficult to have conference calls among other things
