Very close to airport, beside McD. Perfect for short stay.

I was checked into the hotel and reception arranged for me to stay at level 2. The room was small with limited space but good enough for 1 person. The cleanliness of the room is actually not so OK. I only appreciated the toilet was at least clean as the photo shown on the app. All the facilities in the room were functional except the WiFi with no internet access at all. Else, with the limited channel option of the TV and only being able to access hot water at level 4, others are acceptable. Lucky for those guests at level 4. I actually understand and can accept all these cause these were the common issues for the budget hotel. But here comes the main story. I awake at midnight at about 4 am and I went out to get the hot water but later I was locked outside the room due to the door sensor being unable to detect my card. My phone was left in the room. I went to the reception but nobody. Luckily I found other guests who were still awake to help me contact the number on the reception table but none of these was accessible. I was locked outside the room until I figure out the door sensor cover was loose so I removed it and put my card inside then only it can read my access card. I originally booked 5 nights at this hotel but I get a terrible experience on the first night so I decided to switch to another hotel. I would never come back to this hotel anymore!
