Room was in very good condition staff was awesome parking needed snow removal for extra parking

Clean rooms, safe parking, pets access including a nice package supplied with dog treats, toy and poop bags. Much appreciated

No heat in room. Staff didnt know how to solve, didnt even try. No extra blankets. Had to carry a heavy oil heater to my room. Given what you get, this is an $88 dollar motel but not more

When I arrived they informed me they do not let locals rent rooms here. I had never heard of such a thing . They turned me away. I had 4 relatives from out of town with me and didn’t know what I would do or where we would stay. I came back in with my relatives and they allowed me to let them sign in so we did end up with a room. This is not explained on Expedia and should be!!!

The desk agent was extremely friendly, the room was very clean & spacious.

Room was clean, mini fridge was a decent size, and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I hadn't had dinner prior to checking in because the restaurant next door, Chaco's, gives you a discount for staying at the Anavada plus free room delivery!

My son and I used the laundry facilities to wash and dry 1 load of laundry. It was easy.

Awesome stay at this updated motel. Deposit reasonable at 100 compared to the motel next door that asks for a 300.00 dollar deposit! Friendly clean and great king size beds! A good place to stay.
