We come to Williams every 4th, but this was our first time at this hotel. It was wonderful! The view is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. The stairs are a healthy little workout.

I was not expecting such a nice room and so I was very surprised at how nice this Inn is in the great location in the historic downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

No staff on property but every time I text the number on hand I received immediate response.

I loved the style of the room. It was clean and very comfortable. We were sent a code for self check in before we arrived and instructions what to do with the key on check out. We had a nice view from the room and everything we needed for our break. I would definitely recommend. It wasn't a negative for us and the manager advised us to travel light as there is no elevetator. It helped as we only took what we needed while staying there.

Unique rooms. Great location. Comfortable bed.

Absolutely loved staying there. Such a cute place with so much history. Close to food and entertainment so once you check in you can walk everywhere. All instructions or information needed was very well communicated. I will definitely be back!!

Charming little hotel with an equally charming history! I stayed in the Madam’s room, which was cozy and comfortable. Unexpected perk - the toiletries smelled amazing and left my hair soft and shiny! I would definitely stay again!

I was a beautiful unique place to spend our nights!!

Not interacting with a human was a major draw back! The property blamed the booking service for poor communication and not being able to tell us what room we were in. I traded emails because of booking issues and now they are telling me that even though the property said that they had canceled one night that I have to pay for it. If you want to me a small cozy B&B type property then do your own booking or at minimum do some proactive communications with you clients.

Lovely quirky hotel. Steep stairs to rooms with no lift - not a problem for us but could be if you had mobility issues.

Very unique stay. John was very communicative and helpful. The common area with coffee and fridge was very nice. It was very comfortable. Odd to be in a room with no windows but that was our choice. We used some of the coupons left for us. Anna’s cafe was delicious.
