Good stay, keyless entry, all good.

Clean, comfortable, great location for visiting family. Will be back!

It was very clean, just a small room.

The room was great, bed was comfy, but the train going thru at 3 am woke me up. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were runny and cold, sausage was cold and the orange juice was empty. I told the girl at the front desk and she just sat there and did nothing about it. She later put an out of order sign on it.

We stayed at this hotel while in Auburn for a reunion and found the staff friendly. The common areas and the hotel room were well kept and very clean.

Very clean and inviting! I love the hardwood floors in the room! Great price too!

Great location. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff helpful and friendly Lacks closet or drawers for storing clothes and stuff, so good only for short stays

We had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean, and spacious bathroom.

Overall the property was great!! We were booked in room 406 we had to call down to figure out blinds. The pillows were awful!!! The pillows made for an awful night of sleep we even tried folding them over and it didn’t help. Get some new pillows. Only other thing was outside bin was overflowing with trash. The women working the desk at check in and out were great!!! The breakfast was great as well and the dayshift lady was working both the front desk and breakfast and she was rocking it, coffee was great and hot!!

The facility was clean and quiet. The staff were nice and respectful.

Overall, it's a good experience.

I didn't realize the "bare bones" of a Tru Hilton. It felt like a college dorm room. No closet, no sofa, one chair, tiny "desk," no coffee maker. I thought "Hilton" was a nice hotel. I was wrong.

Clean hotel, helpful employees but TV remote in room did not work and our smoke detector kept going off in the middle of the night.

It was alright. But nothing ever compares to sleeping in your own bed...

Easy to find...clean Close to local attractions@

The only room for improvement is the ambient noise outside my room. I could hear every time the door opened across the hall. It was a distraction while in my room.
