전체 평가 및 리뷰 Tú Paraiso privado - Lahun suites Playa del Carmen

Stayed 10 days for our honeymoon. I had asked the staff to decorate a little to make it special for my husband. They did exactly what I asked them to do and more. They we very friendly and quiet accommodating. Housekeeping made sure we had clean towels and beach towels daily. The area around was very safe and the restaurant down stairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Playa Del Carmen. 10/10

This place is amazing, very clean and friendly staff. A/C works great. Roof top pool is definitely a awesome way to cool off and look over the city of Playa Del Carmen. Definitely recommend!

La habitación era demasiado sencilla, faltaban cosas como donde colgar las toallas, espejo de cuerpo completo, cancel de baño completo. La alberca está muy sucia y claramente tenía tiempo sin ser limpiada porque tenía moho. La ubicación es muy buena y el acceso y comunicación con recepción muy buena

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy bonito lugar y confortable, mi estancia fue satisfactoria.

Excellent stay in the middle of PDC, I would highly recommend it. Diana was awesome.

Horrible. 0/10 Would not recommend. The pictures on the ad are not accurate as the bathroom looks different in person. When I got there the room was filthy and not well kept up. The floor was filled with debris and dirt from someone’s work boots. There were parts of the ceiling missing and laid to the side like ppl were walking in the ceiling. All of the towels are dirty and stained, so was the bedding. Also, the toilet bowl had no seat. I did not feel safe in there. The owner/host does not answer calls or messages in a timely manner. The host was rude when he/she DID speak after I voiced my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. Their “policies” are predatory. This seems like a scam. Please STAY AWAY.

My daughter lives in Playa del Carman and the hotel was everything we needed. It was great that we could cook some of our meals and hang out at the pool with our daughter. We come to Playa every year to visit our daughter and next year we for sure we will stay at your hotel again. The location was top notch and so close to everything like 5th, shopping, grocery and of course the beach.

Linda habitación, buena ubicación, algunos detallitos, pero en general una gran experiencia en nuestra estancia. Dianita espectacular, muy amable.

We have stayed at Lahun 3 times. We love the size of the room, location to beach, and restaurants and closeness to Mega for food shopping. The pool is a nice treat. Adequate kitchen utensils to prepare meals. Cons: periodic sound of rushing water during sleeping hours. Could not identify source of water. Similar experience during previous stay. Room should have some outdoor patio furniture for balcony. Staff was responsive to all requests during visit; however, neither Expedia nor us could reach anyone prior to arrival for a few questions. A voucher option or discounted plan to downstairs patisserie or your partner The Holiday Inn would be a real plus.

The property has terrible view, maintenance conditions of the room were very bad, check in was very bad & property was not secured

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. There are so many restaurants of all types, shops, the strip (quinta ave), the beach, all within easy walking distance. Our room had a fridge and microwave, a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooftop pool was also great for my son and I. Also we had no issue with hot water, contrary to some other reviews. I would definitely come back. Jan 2024.

My stay was good, room was clean and a good size. No hot water for showers though. Some of the other guests were very loud and rowdy which was easy to hear, thing walls. For the price point I would recommend to friends, great Mexican taco place under the complex.

El lugar muy bonito, el trato cálido, no nos gusto mucho el desayuno creo que eso podría mejorar

The hotel staff were pleasant attended to concerns about my stay. They moved us to a different room after we repirted iur concerns.

El Hotel tiene una accesibilidad y ubicación única,las instalaciones super bien, la atención de Manu Román, Yessica y Brianda (todos de recepción) lo hacen una mejor experiencia. Muy contento con el Hotel y seguramente vuelvo.

I stayed one week at this hotel and it was a great experience . The staff was friendly and helpful. If only one complaint , you have to wait exactly at the check in time to enter the room . No provisions can be allowed before check in time if the room is available. Other than that it was overall great experience.

There’s no reception in the building. TV doesn’t have any streaming service or anything. It turns on but doesn’t play anything. We didn’t have any towels, and later a staff got us very old and worn out towels that almost looked like rags. Shower took about 10mins to get hot water and stream was extremely weak. Also shower booth leak water all over the floor. Elevator stopped working on my floor from our second day, so we had to take stairs. I could hear all noises from my next doors. Breakfast was good and staffs were nice!

Buen recibimiento y muy cómodo, solo hay un par de detalles pequeños, uno que no limpiaban diario la habitación si no cada tercer día, y segundo es que no tiene donde colgar la ropa mojada, al ser un lugar cerca del mar se vuelve muy necesario tener donde secar el traje de baño por ejemplo. Todo lo demás impecable, muy amables y atentos
