Very clean room. There is a salt water pool and hot tub. Would recommend this place.

Beaucoup de facilité quand on veut voyager à moindre coût.

When we arrived at 4pm for check in we were told room was not ready and to come back in 30 minute, this is not acceptable as you are totally in control to make sure rooms are ready for your guest, we did not arrive early or ask for an early check in time. Your listing indicates you have a restaurant, which was incorrect only a kitchen where it used to be, yeah we could use it if we bought food, but didn’t think we would have too since you included restaurant in your amenities. The outside seating areas were not clean and they were many spiders around these areas, simple TLC could make your outdoor areas much more inviting. On the plus side the room was clean and bed was comfortable, this place has potential, however the owners need to take the initiative to fix it up.

L’hôtel semble désuet et aurait grand besoin de rénovations. Chambre très petites. Le ménage n’était pas super, il y avait plusieurs toiles d’araignée un peu partout et dans la salle de bain il y avait des cheveux sur le plancher.

Old facility

This once famous spa is now a regular inn. Luckily the salt water pools are still in functioning. However there is no more eating facilities except a do it yourself spot in the former kitchens, poorly organized minimum cleanliness. Outdoor wood patios, stairs, etc are in need of important repairs and bugs clinging at night to windows must be dealt with. Room accommodations need refreshing, bathrooms as well as entertainment . The staff is very helpful but it cannot compensate the feeling that the owners are cutting back on the pleasure of the experience.

Cela a répondu à nos besoins, très propre et excellent service. Un peu loin des restaurants et boutiques si on veut marcher, mais cela se fait. On peut cependant apporter sa nourriture et avoir accès à la cuisine.

Bon emplacement, mais la propreté laisse à désirer, odeur d'insecticide très prononcée, mélangée avec l'odeur de cigarette et de cannabis, air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas !! Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

Hôtel propre, bel emplacement. Personnel à l’accueil très agréable.

L’effort y est pour tenter de remettre sur pied l’hôtel…l’utilisation de l’ancienne cuisine mise à la disposition des vacanciers est une super idée qui pourrait être mieux mise de l’avant…au lieu de le faire avec la piscine à l’eau de mer qui représente un intérêt moyen. La chambre que nous avions est trop petite pour le lit king s’y retrouvant et la toilette avait du mal à évacuer son contenu.
