Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We booked a great deal on our room at Entrevalle Hotel, and honestly went in with slightly lower expectations because of the price. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how wonderful everything was. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, whether it was arranging the jacuzzi, bringing extra coffees and water to the room, or any little request we had, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service genuinely made us feel taken care of. The hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet. It’s the perfect place to completely disconnect from everyday life and just chill. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the rooms are actually really nice — comfortable, well-maintained, and modern. The bathrooms in particular are super clean and recently updated, much better than the photos suggest (they should really update those pictures!). We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Entrevalle Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. Great value, excellent service, and a truly peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Amazing! The hotel is beautiful surrounded by nature. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were great. Definitely the spot to book for a cozy, off the grid, couples getaway!

The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately the overall customer service could use some work. One surprising drawback was the lack of room service, which felt unusual for a hotel of this caliber. That said, the on-site restaurant served pretty good food and was a highlight of the stay. Housekeeping could also use improvement. When the room was serviced, the bed was made quite messily, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the roads leading to the property are unpaved and in rough condition, so I’d strongly recommend arriving in an SUV or truck if possible. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the beautiful setting, but the service and upkeep could definitely be improved.

We lives it, beautiful property and conveniently across from Xecue winery. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I have stayed in other places in Valle and the water has been cold in showers, but it was nice and hot. Beds were comfortable and Im glad they had tv with Netflix app for the kids I would def. stay again. They have many jacuzzis you can reserve and a pool, but cool is bot heated so it is very cold.

Nobody was at the desk for check in. they gave us a room in the back with a view, but only a one way drive to get in. That made it hard to get a SUV backed out. They didn't have the wifi password posted or in the check in information. The road going in was poor and challenged even a 4 wheel drive vehicle! Lots of hot tubs, but when I turned the jets on, they remained cold.

Habitaciones muy amplías, climatizadas y con muy buenas amenidades, el restaurante cenamos y estaba riquísimo jacuzzi climatizado cálido y céntrico de la mayores de los viñedos famosos del valle de Guadalupe.

The room had an incredible mountain view and was plenty large. Staff were all very friendly, and when we needed something, they were quick to help. The pool was not heated, which was perfect in the heat. 3 Jacuzzis which must be reserved an hour in advance to preserve energy. The bathroom was nice overall, however, waterflow on the toilet was low, and the shower head was attached to a pipe to make a quasi rainfall head. It's a bummer because the shower enclosure itself os large and well finished. Restaurant on property was good with great service from Armando. The winery next door is superb with wonderful views as well. One bizarre thing. To check in, no one was at the desk and we needed to whatsapp staff that we arrived. That was a consistent theme, using whatsapp bc no one was there most of the time. But staff responses fast on whatsapp and gets to the desk or your room in a hurry. 100% would stay again!

Está bien ubicado, habitación limpia y muy amplia, se respira mucha tranquilidad, jardines super bonitos, me encantó lo recomiendo 100% volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo y un plus personal muy atento y amable 10/10
