전반적으로 만족스러웠으나 화장실 수압이 너무 약해 불편했으며 주차료($8/일)를 부과하는고 있음

I am pretty sure I booked a room with a king bed but it turned out as a double queen on my reservation. My bad for not double checking, I’ve never had to until this time. The staff made us wait at the reception for a good ten minutes before checking us in. They did not address the fact I was trying to book a room with a king bed at all and just went on. The room was otherwise spacious and clean; bathroom and shower were stylish snd bright. I would have reviewed higher if it weren’t for low water pressure. Room service the next day lowered the temperature to 64oF and left the AC running. I can’t say it was a great welcome back to the room. All in all mixed impressions. Can’t say I’ll book this place again

Very nice hotel modern design and warm ambient. Food for breakfast and fast service was excellent. Staff very very nice and helpful and accomodating. However, elevators failed twice in different days, even though we reported the issue immediately when we were stucked inside. Room phone and safe never worked and were not fixed. Room was not designed for women's comfort. Minor details that could be fixed. There isn't a single drawer in the room for privacy, not even doors for all the open storage. There is no rack to hang your hand towel. No racks to hang any towels, the only one is inside the shower door totally wet. The bathroom door inside handle extremely difficult to maneuver and can easily break your nails. All this a pity and disappointing being a Hilton.

Overall nice

This was the best value of the whole 3.5 week trip so far. Very comfortable room and nice pool, Hottub and common areas. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pool and hot tub were excellent. Hotel was clean and nice. Only issue is the bathroom door (slider) was broken so the bathroom door was unusable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but service was disappointing. My friend has a severe allergy to down feathers, and even after requesting non-down bedding, it wasn’t changed the first night so she had to sleep on the couch. They offered 5,000 points (not even enough for one night), and I never received them. Really expected better from Hilton.

I should’ve checked out after the first night after the four different red flags instead of staying there an entire week and wasting a lot of money for what they charge and all the things that they had not working and broken needing to be fixed and issues they have with the property. I will never stay there or recommended to anyone in my department or family who live there local to have other family come in town, so many things so many things wrong with that hotel

I love the beds. Staff at the bar were great.
