Das Hotel war gut gelegen und gut erreichbar. Es machte insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer groß und angenehm. Die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel hatte ein hervorragendes Preis -Leistungs-Ver erhältnis.

Nice hotel in the country side. In room 201 the windows could not be opened. Comfortable beds. Sufficient size of the room. Too much damp in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Free parking reliable Wifi. Kettle in the room.

Muy lindo lugar vale la pena conocerlo

Me gusto el entorno y el hotel cómo edificio. No me gusto el aislamiento de las habitaciones estuvimos el la suite y se escuchaban los coches como si estuvieran las ventanas abiertas

Nos gustó la limpieza, tranquilidad y los detalles de la habitación como la cafetera, las botellitas de agua y los productos de aseo.

Lovely hotel in a good location with free on site parking, excellent facilities and a reasonable bar and restaurant. It was extremely clean and the room was well equipped with a very good shower and a fridge as well as air conditioning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The road to the front is fairly busy and noisy but the bedroom doors onto the balcony were double glazed with full shutters and blocked out all noise and light.

Hotel was great. Everything as advertised. Restaurant staff were wonderful and very good food.

Amazing hotel. Really enjoyed our one night stay. It has a small pool, which we did not use as the weather was not good. We ate in the restaurant which was OK but not exciting. It is only a few minutes walk to town where there are many places to eat. That said, a recommended hotel

une nuit et un diner étape à Santillana . Hotel idéal pour cette soirée , confortable , proche de la vieile ville , accueil tres sympa.demander une chambre sur jardin plutot que route. Diner bon.

Sobre todo el trato del personal su profesionalidad así como sus habitaciones Lo que no me gustó es que se quedarán sin algún plato de la cena cuando se supone que pueden tener un control de ellos ya que saben cuánta gente tienen en media pensión y el horario de cena ya que te lo preguntan a tu llegada

Personal de 10, muy muy agradable. Un lugar estupendo para pasar unos días en Santillana del Mar
