숙소는 편안했습니다. 그리고 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 다만 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 살짝 불편한 정도^^ 그부분만 개선하면 너무나 아름다운 곳입니다!

루프탑 뷰도 너무 이쁘고, 주변 마트, 교통편도 좋아요

이번 여름 17일간의 여행의 첫숙소와 마지막 숙소이었던 곳입니다. 그러나 너무나 다른 경험을 했습니다. 첫숙소일때는 친절했고 지내기에 만족스러웠습니다. 그래서 다시 프랑크푸르트 숙소로 정했습니다. 하지만 제공해 주는 서비스 첫숙소때 받았던 것와 너무 달랐습니다. 인종차별라고 느낄만큼 불친절한 대우를 받았네요. 프런트에 근무하는 한사람때문에 그런 경험을 한다는 것은 호텔이나 고객 모두 그리 좋은 일은 아닙니다. 그런점에서 무시하는 태도로 고객을 대하는 형태는 개선되어야 한다고 생각됩니다.

가격대비 우수한 숙소입니다. 아침식사는 매우 훌륭하며 저녁에 Bar에서 가볍게 마시는 칵테일도 일품입니다. 다시 묵고싶은 숙소입니다.

Enjoyed my stay at The Blasky. Check-in was a breeze and the breaky yum. Room was clean. Close to transport in a residental area.

The design of the hotel room was great. Spacious shower

This is not a 4 star hotel! Period! At best it is 2 star hotel. Upon arrival we found mosquitos on the bed and dirt under the blanket. We ended up sleeping in our clothes. The room didn’t have any water / coffee or tea. In bathroom we had one bottle of what was called hand soap/ shampoo/ continent and body wash all in one! The hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood and not really walkable to the city Centre. Oh yes , they offered us breakfast for 100$ for two people .

Saubere, moderne und zweckmäßige Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Nice hotel, very comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. Lack of pillows in bed, no cups or mugs to make tea/coffee or even a glass of water. The rooftop bar is lovely even tho some of the drinks are a bit expensive. Most of the staff were very helpful. Not a lot to do in the surrounding area tho tram stop only a 5 minute walk.

Stayed for a week did work and found everything to be very good. The shower was so powerful that is started to overflow the ‘wet room’ but otherwise everything worked as expected, was clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was very good (got used to daily smoked salmon) and the bar area at night had some great free across the city. Would consider starting again.

Hotel was nice, but no queen/king beds, so the gap between mattresses is annoying. Also the towels were really small.

Ich war eine Nacht im Hotel und konnte keine Minute schlafen… Bahnübergang und Züge direkt am Fenster, sehr hellhörig, man hörte die Nachbarn als wären sie im eigenen Zimmer gewesen. Die ganze Nacht laute Gäste, Lärm und lautes Geschnatter, man hört jeden Schritt, Klima bzw. Heizung zu laut. Internet viel zu langsam und man empfängt nur die Öffentlichen Rechtlichen im TV. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich im Bad auch einen Taschentuchspender, soll ich mir die Nase mit Toilettenpapier abputzen? Die Gegend ist zwar Sachsenhausen aber besonders wohl habe ich mich abends nicht gefühlt. Für mich leider nicht zu empfehlen. Optisch ist das Hotel ganz schön und sauber, das Personal war auch sehr nett… darf man natürlich nicht unerwähnt lassen.

Frühstück war gut, Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, aber Lage des Zimmers/Hotels eine einzige Katastrophe, ungenügend: direkt neben dem Hotel läuft eine Zugstrecke mit permanentem Güter- und ICE-Zugverkehr, auch in der Nacht, also schlafen mit offenem Fenster geht gar nicht!!!
